Everything was great for us except the upstairs occupants. I know that isn't the owner's fault, it just goes with being on the first floor of a 3 level unit. But starting around 8pm both nights, the people upstairs either auditioned for Carolina Beach's step dance team or needed to get all their steps in, for 3 hours. But this was a great location and we loved the fact we could rent for 2 nights.

Very nice property with great ocean views and immediate beach access. Everything was outfitted to make the stay enjoyable. The only downside was the walls are very thin between you and your neighbors. As the rental on the first floor, anyone walking or running above you is extremely loud. Not something the owner can do, but something to consider if you visit on a busy weekend. Overall an enjoyable stay.
