Luxury Carolina Bay condo beautifully decorated with ocean and canal views on the second level - furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including an EV charger! (ChargePoint Home Flex Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger up to 50 Amp, 240V, Level 2 Wi-Fi Enabled EVSE, UL Listed, Energy Star, NEMA 6-50 Plug or Hardwired, Indoor/Outdoor, 23-Foot Cable. Tesla owners should bring their own adapter.)

The fantastic kitchen and dining room is fully equipped with everything you need for family meals. The deck off the living area offers views of the canal and pool. The private primary suite with King bed is located on the second floor and has a private deck with canal and ocean views. The second bedroom has a King sized bed, while the third bedroom offers a Full bed and a Twin bunk bed. Immaculately landscaped grounds lead to the dock and marina. Extras include a gas grill, bikes, beach chairs and beach cart all right there in the garage for guests to utilize. All reservations include six wristbands for the pool and two parking passes.

Located along the west side of the canal in Carolina Beach, Carolina Bay is a waterfront condominium community with a pool, picnic grounds, clubhouse, boat slips and marina. Carolina Bay is only about a ten minute walk to beach access and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

Carolina Bay is just a short distance to all local entertainment and shopping amenities. Pleasure Island is a barrier island made up of Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and historic Ft. Fisher. The unobstructed beaches are perfect for walking, fishing and collecting seashells. The favorable temperatures in May through September are ideal for swimming, surfing or just playing in the waves. Carolina Beach has been a favorite for vacationers for the past century as it is perfect for families looking to enjoy time together in a friendly environment. The island offers many attractions both natural and commercial. There is a variety of dining from casual to more upscale menus with fresh seafood specials daily. Our charter boats located at the harbor in the heart of Carolina Beach offer charter fishing (in-shore and deep-sea). The North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher History Museum and historic site are just down the road at the south end of the island. In the same area you will find the Ft. Fisher to Southport ferry. It is really fun to take a ride on the ferry for a day trip to historic Southport for some antiquing and lunch on the river. The Carolina Beach State Park located on the west side of the island offers miles of beautiful natural hiking trails, kayaking and fishing. You can even rent a pontoon boat and spend a day on the water visiting islands and marshes.

During summer season there are rides at the boardwalk for the kids as well as Thursday night fireworks with live entertainment. At the Carolina Beach Lake (which is the closest fresh water lake to the ocean on the eastern seaboard) there is a free outdoor family movie on Sunday evening and an awesome Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. Come for the holidays and enjoy the Island Of Lights! The lake and the boardwalk are decorated with lights and Christmas surprises with all kinds of entertainment for the kids. It s a year round fun place to visit so come see us soon.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Great house and location!

Fantastic location (short walk to beach and boardwalk) and loved having the marina views. House was super spacious, clean and well stocked. Carolina Beach was beautiful and provided lots of fun for our family! We’ll definitely be back!

This property was roomy and in a great location. Walking distance to pretty much anything you need or want to do. The only reason for not giving this a 5 star review is due to the stained carpet and stained, dirty bath tub in the master. Not something that would prevent me from renting again, but it would be nice if those items were updated

Great place at Carolina Beach

The whole process working with Bryant Real Estate was super smooth. Check-in/Check-out was easy and communication before the trip was great. The condo was very clean, had everything our family of 4 needed for the week and was an easy walk to the beach. Great location to pretty much everything in the area and we mostly walked everywhere the entire week. Loved the overall vibe of Carolina Beach and will definitely be planning another trip back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit, well maintained and had way more pots/pans/glasses/kitchen items than I thought it would. We enjoyed our stay and the unit is very spacious and good for families. Only complaint was that the housekeeping didn’t finish until 5PM on the day we checked in (so we had to go kill an hour of time after driving to Carolina Beach), and they didn’t clean the bathrooms very well (shower was still dirty and sink was clogged). Otherwise good stay and unit was nicely maintained.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: He have stayed here at Carolina bay for 8 years on our annual summer vacation at Carolina Beach. This year was not as smooth as we are accustom to with latitude 32 realty. communication and misinformation verging on out right lies, left a lot to be desired. One of the reasons we chose this property everu year was the smooth process from reservation process, communication, and all the property offers(nice rooms, kitchen,living area,pool, garage storage underneath and boat dock. once arriving your representative had no idea what was going on. I called the day before to ensure the boat dock was clear. I also called the day of arrival as well to find out about picking up keys, the remote for the boat ect. your representative gave me a code to get our check in packet. I asked about the remote for the dock, he said he didnt know about that checked with someone else and said it was in the drawer in the unit, also the key to the garage to store my bike, he said was not available also.(this would have been good information to know also since i was told it would be upon making my reservation. The manager called me later upon check after i had called again when none of the above was present in the unit. She told me that Ron would bring the remote over and put it on top of the freezer in the garage and the garage was unlocked and had been for 2 weeks. Of course when i checked it was locked and no way to get inside. I called back again and couldnt get anyone as your office was closed then, so i left a message. your representative called monday morning two hrs after I had woke up from VERY LOAD banging on the roof and told me there would be some construction going on. They were there all week working with a poor process but thats another topic they were there the entire week banging away cluttering the decks just to name a few discomforts. Your employee had no knowledge of where the remote was and was oblivious to my questions from the messages I ad left. said sh
