Unit needing attention

This property lisitng looks better in the photos and is not an accurate lisitng. When we arrived we found the unit to be in need of alot of work and repairs, such as clogged drains, non- functioning lights inside and outside, electrical issues, closet doors broken, deck in need of repairs- boards pulling out and exposed nails. mismatched blinds, non working blinds and torn blinds, broken front door knob, broken disposal and stained floor.The last thing you want to do on day one is to have to meet the Management company to look at all the repairs and only a few items were corrected. We hope the others items will be addressed. The management company/host said they were not aware of the repairs needed. This tells me the unit has not been inspected thoroughly and some of these items are easy to see. Kitchen is needing to be restocked with dishes and utensils. We have stayed in numerous VBRO properties and this one was a major disappointment.

Right on the beach!

Great location, clean unit with 2 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. Watch the stars , hear the surf!

Check list before Ready, Set Go !

We got to know the maintenance man, well. Ricky made it a tolerable stay. He was very professional. We had problems with the Televisions, not working, The Keyless lock system wouldn’t lock ( Thank you Jacob for the Key), the Ice Maker didn’t work, the unit did not have a Guest Services Binder, there was no Linen bag for dirty / used linen. Who checks the the unit before, Ready, Set Go !
