About this property

Family Ocean-View Retreat 4BR/3BA, Like Home!

  • Hall Hacienda is a welcoming 2 level townhome with 1800 sqft. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with an open floor plan. Downstairs features a large family room w/ 60` TV, cable and wireless internet. There is a stocked kitchen. There is a washer/dryer combo. On main floor is bath and queen bedroom. Upstairs is a large master w/deck.The bath has a shower and soak tub. Upstairs are one w/queen bedroom and one w/twin and trundle. They share a bathroom. Parking for 4 cars and outdoor shower.

    Beach access is at the end of the block. (You might find another `private` one a bit closer if you watch the neighbors.)
    A short walk away is Carolina Beach Park Lake where there is paddle boat rental, playground, and usually an outside kid-friendly movie (Toy Story, etc) each weekend. It also hosts the Saturday farmer`s market.
    Easy access (0.6 mi. ) to the Carolina Beach boardwalk with a small carnival throughout the summer and weekly fireworks. There are many great restaurants and bars with live entertainment most evenings. Do not miss Britt`s Doughnuts!

    +We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind. Late checkout without consent will be charged $25 fee per hour.

    + No parties or events of any kind in the property.

    +No smoking is allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of smoking inside the unit.

    + If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.

    + No extra guests not listed on the reservation.

    + No pets are allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of a pet inside the unit.

    + There will be a Lost or Key replacement fee of $100.
