Park your car and walk to the best that Carolina Beach has to offer- the Ocean, Restaurants (the famous Kate's Pancake House, Havana's, Britts Donuts, Michelangelo's Pizza, Coffee Shops, etc.) The Carolina Beach Boardwalk, amusement rides, grocery store, and Tony Silvagni's Surf School all within 1-4 blocks. Sleeps 8 and seats 12. Family friendly, spacious living area with 3 bedrooms each with its own private bath. Parking for 3 vehicles. Located on a quiet residential street. Main floor has open living room, kitchen, and dining. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and a beverage cooler. Smart TV with high speed WiFi. Enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening beverage on the balcony in the fresh air with an ocean breeze. Top floor sleeps 8 bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen, and bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a twin bed. Bed linens and bath towels available. Laundry, hallway desk, a second Smart TV, and 2 more balconies. Outdoor area has a shower(hot and cold water for washing off sand) barbecue area, picnic table, and a grassy lawn. The house was clean, had everything we needed, has a great floor plan and the location is great. The beach, coffee shop and restaurants are close and an easy walk. Joree was great to work with. We highly recommend this property.

The condo was very nice. It was clean, huge and a perfect location. I look forward to staying there again in the future! The ONLY issue we had was the little ‘sink/drain gnats(?). I really don’t know what they’re called but they enjoyed the condo with us. That issue wouldn’t deter us from staying again but it should probably be checked out.

A true gem

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at this property. We just couldn’t pass up the opportunity for the amazing location to the beach, proximity to food, and quiet street. I imagine after Memorial Day the area gets a bit busier with it being tourist season and the little carnival being up and running, but what fun!

Owner was very responsive and professional and great communicator! Loved the place and the location was great. The grandkids could walk to the boardwalk and it was very close to the beach. Unit was plenty big enough and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and closet space was great. Balconies were great to watch the fireworks. Chairs on balcony were few and needed repair Would definately return, can’t say enough good things about the unit our family so enjoyed our wonderful vacation. Thank you for a great experience!

Great Vacation

This rental is exceptional!! This was our 2nd year vacationing here! Plenty of room for our group of six. We love being close to the beach, the boardwalk, many restaurants and so much more!

First time at Carolina Beach!

This was my first trip to NC, Carolina Beach and I really enjoyed it with my family! This home and location was definitely a great place to stay at! It was close to everything you may need and the beach is like a 5 minute walk! We had such a good time!

Loved it!

The check-in process was very simple. The house was clean and exactly what we needed for a vacation! It was so nice to be able to walk to everything we needed-the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. I would recommend this place to others and definitely stay again!

Great location close to most things you could need or want to do. House was as pictured. Clean when we got there. Could use more hangers in the closets, but that’s minor. Beds were comfortable for all who stayed.

In town for Birthday Celebration

This home was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of space for our family to stay so we can celebrate a Grandparents birthday. The cleanliness and location was perfect. Exactly as shown in the pictures. We plan to use this same location for future visits. Thank you very much.

Great house!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was great and met all our needs. The property was neat and clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Several things that would have been useful would have been an iron and ironing board and hangers in the closet’s. The house is within minutes walk to restaurants, the boardwalk, and the beach.

Beach Getaway

The Ocean Pearl checked all the boxes. It was clean, modern and spacious. Perfect location. Car stayed parked all week. Comfortable walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk and dining. Perfect seating on the upstairs back porch to view the fireworks! We had an issue when we first arrived, but Joree answered immediately and took care of it in a timely manner. Overall, a nice relaxing family trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Carolina Beach House

We stay in a beach house every winter for at least a month. This house was the cleanest of all the houses I have stayed at. The house is very large with comfortable furniture. I'm very picky about my bed pillows so I bring my own. We enjoyed walking across the street to have breakfast at Kate's pancakes. It's a very short walk to many restaurants and the boardwalk. The owner was very kind and quick to answer my text messages. I would defiantly recommend this beach house.

Perfection

This house is beautiful and in the perfect location. About a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. A coffee shop 2 minutes away and one also across the street. Being just off the Main Street keeps it relatively quiet. The balconies were fantastic for enjoying morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day and listening to the music from the businesses of the main road. Definitely kid friendly. Our 18 month old loved running the length of the house.

Great Stay!

This is a great location. It's so close to the beach and the many local establishments. We were very happy with the location. Our only caveat would be that, being so close to the previous mentioned establishments, is that there may be a problem with the noise level. Regarding the noise level, it is based on the fact that it is so close to the main avenue, where the businesses have deliveries early in the morning. This is basically a resort community, and visitors probably don't want be awaken that early in the morning. This is just my opinion.

Everything We Wanted and More

When we saw this house, location, and price we felt like it was too good to be true, but it was as described and easily earned the full five stars for our four-person family. I did note that many of the walls looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint and there were couple other things that made us think this VRBO may be a work in progress, but it was not anything that kept us from enjoying our stay.The positives are numerous but I'll hit on the ones that really stuck out to me:- The beds are very comfortable and all have convenient nightstands with outlets nearby. The bunkbed was quite sturdy and we felt that our six and four YOs were safe. - There's four porches and you can see the ocean from most if not all of them!- The couches are very comfortable and the set up of the living room makes sense and flows into the rest of the house well.- The location is stellar. There's a fantastic coffee shop just a minute's walk away and the beach is only a few more minutes after that.- We didn't end up needing anything from the host during the stay, but we did ask if we could check in an hour early because of the timing of our flights and they were quick to respond and say that it would work which we very much appreciated.If you're staying in the area, put this property at the top of your list!

We had an amazing stay for our five year wedding anniversary. The house is amazing with great space and I would recommend it to my family and friends. Once we arrived, we were able to walk to just about everywhere on the island minus the grocery store. We definitely hope to stay again sometime soon.

Vacation getaway with kids and family

The place was just as advertised and was in the perfect location! We could easily walk to the beach and restaurants (while pushing kids in a stroller/wagon). Plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 kids (under 3). My husband even gave kudos to the nice toilet paper. We definitely will be booking again!
