Located just a short, easy walk to the Western Territory slopes of Cupp Run you’ll have quick access to world-class skiing and snowboarding. Prefer a ride? The free shuttle for the homes on Western Territory stops at house when you call for pick up and will whisk you to Snowshoe Village in minutes for dining, shopping, and après-ski fun or you can ride to Top of the World Soaring Eagle lift and Ski all the way down.

Inside, enjoy an inviting open layout perfect for families and groups to enjoy watching movies and playing games together. Gather around the cozy fireplace, cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or relax on the spacious decks while soaking up fresh mountain air or soaking in the hot tub admiring the magnificent views.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all towels in shower floors. Load and start the dishwasher. Take out trash. turn heat down to 55 when you leave property.
Check out time is at 10:00.
Make sure all doors are dead bolted. With high winds on top of mountains doors blow open causing pipes and toilets to freeze in house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
