Good position but needs tweaks

Minutes from the beach and restaurants and overall clean and well equipped. Freezer doesn't work which is a real pain as this is 'self catering ' and needs ability to store food. No fan and it was 36 degrees when we were there! Dishwasher has no salt or rinse aid so dishes smell - could buy some but...... Communication with owners/agency is confusing. Sliding door to balcony is so stiff my wife couldn't open it. General decoration is ok but chipped and damaged in many places. No WiFi

appartement bien situé mais : - la wifi ne fonctionnait pas, il aura fallu 5 jours pour que l'agence se décide à intervenir ! - une fenêtre coulissante extrêmement difficile à ouvrir, vérifié par une personne de l'agence, mais aucun dépannage... - la table pour les repas instable, aussi constaté lors de la venue de cette personne mais pas solutionné. Cette personne m'a parlé d'un dédommagement, proposition qui devait être faite par mail mais là encore silence radio. Bravo Interhome

raffraichissement

petite résidence très bien située et bien entretenue et calme pour l'appartement il est grand temps que le propriétaire face un grand coup de propre pas de rideaux aux fenêtres qui elles aussi auraient bien besoin d'un rafraichissement un canapé très inconfortable attention détecteur de fumée dans la cuisine pas cool quand on fait des grillades vu que la hotte n'est pas très compétitive étendoir rouillé pas cool non plus

Meme si belle situation et bel espace nous ne retournerons pas! Logement qui necessite d'urgence une rénovation ! Salle de bain pleine de moisissures limite insalubre, chambre avec moisissures, aussi, equipement de cuisine disparate et incomplet, égouttoir vaisselle rouillé, housse de divan lit sale...ect. Interhome Carnac a fait de son mieux mais nous ne comprenons pas comment il est permis de louer à ce prix un logement si mal entretenu! Qui contrôle la qualité ?

L’emplacement de cet appartement est idéal mais l’intérieur de l’appartement laisse à désirer : beaucoup de finitions et aménagement que Interhome a dû reprendre lors du séjour. Dommage, cela a quand même nuit à nos vacances.

Emplacement idéal pour plage

Appartement simple avec le stric nécessaire idéalement placé pour séjourner avec un enfant petit car à 2min à pied de la plage et des rues commerçantes et animées tout en étant dans une résidence très calme.

Emplacement idéal, appartement très fonctionnel, agréable avec une vue magnifique. Il faut réparer la porte du freezer du réfrigérateur, refaire l'inventaire des ustensiles et couverts de cuisine pour plus d'homogénéité (remplacer la vaisselle vert clair !)
