On the 2nd floor, bright 85m² apartment, tastefully renovated. Main South exposure, 3-star rated.



- Entrance with wardrobe.

- Fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), adjacent utility room with washer-dryer.

- Living room: bay window onto balcony, South facing, with a beautiful view of the park.

- Sleeping area set back from the living room: 1 160 cm bed

- 2 bedrooms: each with 2 80 cm beds that can be pushed together, storage.

- Bathroom (shower, washbasin, towel dryer) - Separate toilet.

The residence has a secure private parking and a bicycle storage room.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à Carnac

"Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à Carnac. La literie était d’excellente qualité. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Tout est neuf. L’appartement est très bien agencé et agréable vivre. Un Scrabble était à disposition et nous avons passé des après-midi à y jouer ! Le centre nautique est à 5 minutes à pieds pour ceux qui veulent faire de la voile. C’est très pratique. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour les vacances, car la plage comme les commerces sont accessibles à 2 pas à pieds! Tout ça, dans un écrin de verdure et au calme ! 5 étoiles !"
