Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.

On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed of 140 cm, wardrobe, bench, garden chair;
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed of 140 cm, wardrobe, bench, shelf, garden chair;
- Additional room: 1 single bed of 90 cm, bedside table, bench;
- Bathroom with shower, sink, WC;
