The staff was very kind and courteous. It is a family run business as are many smaller hotels in Costa Rica. We felt safe and secure. It was a very basic room , but it was clean and comfortable. Again, the staff was the best.

Our overall stay was nice. We especially enjoyed the pool and refreshments at the pool. However the check in took a full half an hour, we had to stand in a long line to check in and there was only one person working.
