I broke down on the interstate while heading home to Indiana. What started out as an unpleasant experience turned into an amazing experience with the friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. Thank you.

The room needed to be cleaned the wall behind the door to the room has something spilled all over the room, stayed with several other people we had several rooms. Missing pillows no toilet paper in the rooms.

The room was dirty. When i got in the shower i thought i was going to fall through the bottom.i lifted the mat and the bottom of the shower was broken and they put some kind of glue to keep it together it was covered in what looked like black mold.

We reserved a specific room way in advance. When we arrived after a long day of driving they had given our room away to someone else. We were not the only people they did this to on the exact same night. Then they sent us down the street to their other location which had dead bugs in our room. Looked like it had not been cleaned in months. It should have been a $50 a night hotel not $149. The couch in our room was nasty. The tub was still dirty. The coffee pot was also filthy. I wanted to leave immediately but could not get a refund. Never again!!!

Great location, most aspects good to very good

Overall, a nice place to stay. Linens and the master bedroom area could have been a little cleaner. The sleeper sofa mattress did not look comfortable at all -- we brought our own air mattress. Extremely noisy guests on Saturday night were a problem, from 2 am til almost 6 am.

I got a cabin for a family outing, as we came in, i was amazed. Loved the wood and cabin feel. Quiet area and walkable to everything. Alot of amenities and a great view. We were in cabin 504.

Blankets were too thin for the cold winter stay. But most else was good. Managers kids ran wild in the lobby all day every day.
