"Asked for the sofa bed to be made after 6pm at front desk when checking in but when we got back around 11:30 pm the sofa bed was not made. Texted the number that welcomed our arrival and if we needed anything to text back, did so and no response until next morning the text said I could text back to check out and no mention of the previous text. Found sheets and a pillow to make the sofa bed but no comforter. Obviously there’s some disconnect with staff somewhere. Besides having to crank up the heat so our son wouldn’t be cold without a comforter, the stay was ok."

"I was very pleased with the hotel and its facilities. Just a 15 minute drive from Ottawa city centre and you get a large spacious room with free parking and free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a great selection. Would definitely stay again. "

"King size bed was great. The pullout couch was god awful horrid however and would not recommend such sleep options in the future."

"Everything was clean, the room was comfortable and spacious. The only thing that would have been better was the water temp in the shower and the pool. Both were a little cold. Otherwise, fantastic. "

"Friendly staff, spacious and modern rooms, good breakfast selection. Can get pretty noisy though, especially if there’s a kids hockey tournament on! Maybe ask for the top floor. "
