"The reception area was closed on a sunday 5pm? The hotel is undergoing renovation with fences all around and a portable toilet outside. Was not even able to get into my room. The phone number on the site did not get any response after dozen of tries. This is probably a good hotel during the school year since its close to the uinversity but for the summer it looks like I was going to be the only guest and was not even able to get in!"

- Checkout at the evening before leaving took me 20 minutes. That was the time the receptionist needed to print the bill correctly.
- Although there is a 24 h service, when leaving early morning, I had to run and search the receptionist to unlock the main entrance. I nearly missed...

"In a very quiet neighbourhood, the hotel is within 20 minutes walking distance from the cultural centre. It was exceptionally clean and the room quite big and comfortable, so was the bed. Would love to have parking better marked as well as signs at the back entrance. We arrived after dark and it was a bit uncomfortable driving around back of the building, but once we found our way it was just fine.
