VILLA LOMARCHI HOLIDAY HOME

The villa is located in a very quiet mountain area with a beautiful panorama of the Gulf of Carini. The house is spread over 2 elevations each of which has 3 bedrooms. On the upper floor there are 5 beds while on the lower floor there are 7 beds. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase and a door makes the two elevations independent of each other. The main floor has 3 bedrooms, (2 double and 1 single) 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with sofa, TV table, wfi, fireplace. On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms (in one room there is a double and a single bed, in another room there is a double bed and a single bed with the possibility of adding another single bed) , 1 bathroom. In all bedrooms there are fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom on the main floor has a private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with heating system so the villa can be inhabited all year round. Adjacent to the villa there is a space with a wooden roof furnished with deck chairs, table and chairs to be able to have meals outdoors. The spacious balcony of the villa is also tastefully decorated. Outside the villa there is a seasonal swimming pool above ground. The villa is surrounded by 4000 meters of land where there are olive, lemon and orange trees. If you want to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy a wonderful view at all hours of the day, villa Lomarchi is the ideal place .. From the villa you can also easily reach shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets and of course the places of greatest cultural and tourist interest within a few kilometers. Villa Lomarchi is a few km from the airport and in an ideal position to be able to reach the main tourist destinations in the province of Palermo and Trapani (Erice, Marsala, San Vito Lo Capo, Segesta, Selinunte).

Lovely house, stunning location

We had a really great time here. It’s situated high above Carini so the view is stunning. The property itself is excellent and has everything you could need. With very welcoming and helpful hosts, a pool that is maintained daily, Wi-Fi and air-con that work well and a very private location, overall we thoroughly recommend this property.

Great family holiday

This was ideal for a family group getting together, lots of space and easy to get in and out of town. I would definitely book this again, I might take my own pillows as the ones supplied are very hard, but we all had a good break.

Maison familiale où l'on se sent chez soi. Les propriétaires très accueillants et à l'ecoute. La piscine est conforme aux photos et très bien entretenue. Petit bémol, une odeur se dégage du mobilier ancien dans les chambres du bas. La vue est magnifique. Cette maison mérite d'être decouverte

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus liegt hoch über Carini und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Bucht. Hilfreich war der Tipp von Francesca nicht direkt die Adresse einzugeben sondern ein paar Nummern niedriger, da die Navis ansonsten eine schmale und sehr steile Zufahrtsstraße vorschlagen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und vollständig, uns hat eigentlich nichts gefehlt. Vor allem die Klimanalage erwiss sich wegen der Rekordhitze als unverzichtbares Goodie. Das Hausbuch enthielt gute Empfehlungen. Ich kann das Objekt empfehlen.

Villa meravigliosa

Ho trascorso in questa meravigliosa villa, una settimana di vacanza con amici (totale 8 adulti). La casa ha superato ogni aspettativa, in quanto la posizione panoramica è da mozzafiato, ordine e pulizia ovunque, gli arredi erano in ottimo stato, e la pace e la tranquillità che hanno accompagnato le nostre giornate nella casa non hanno prezzo! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. La piscina a nostra disposizione è stata un piacevole svago nella giornata di Ferragosto, rinfrescandoci dopo un ottimo pranzo a base di carne alla griglia, cucinata sul barbecue in giardino. Insomma, non manca proprio nulla a questa casa, che vi permette di assaporare uno scorcio autentico di Sicilia, lontano dalla vita mondana e fracassona. Per raggiungere il mare occorre l’auto, ma non è un problema, perché è bello spostarsi per visitare la costa, non si impiega molto tempo per recarsi a Mondello o all’Isola delle Femmine con i loro lidi attrezzati. A Carini, che è un vecchio paese, dove sembra che il tempo si sia fermato, e questo lo rende affascinante e bellissimo, si trova ogni tipo di negozio di alimentari, bar e ristoranti. Pertanto godetevi la vacanza!!

Casa en el campo, bién situada para visitar la zona de Palermo

Estuvimos una semana con un grupo de amigos. La casa es grande y cómoda, con amplia zona de terraza que permite cenar comodamente en el exterior. La pequeña piscina es perfecta para darse un baño y relajarse a la vuelta de las excursiones en los calurosos dias de verano. Buen lugar para visitar la zona de Palermo (Palermo, Segesta, Erice, Trapani, Cefalú...) Las vistas al mar desde la terraza son excepcionales!! Era un placer contemplar el mar al anochecer !!! La cocina está perfectamente equipada, quizas habria que mejorar algo los baños (cortina y grifos de ducha) Francesca y Vito fueron unos anfitriones perfectos, amables y dispuestos en cualquier momento. Aún estamos saboreando los canoli y la cassata que nos regalaron....estaban buenísimos!! Gracias por todo.
