Bellissima Villa A Pochi Passi DAL Mare!

Villa Marchele is a beautiful detached home just a few kilometres from the sea and Palermo Airport. The villa, which was recently built, is fully furnished and offers all the amenities and services needed to ensure a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The villa sleeps 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms. It is strategically located near the beach, the highway, and various shops, all of which are within easy walking distance.

The villa consists of an entryway with a living area featuring a dining table and the kitchen (fully equipped with all utensils—including a refrigerator, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, an electric kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, a capsule coffee machine and a traditional coffee maker, coffee cups, and breakfast mugs). Adjacent to the kitchen is a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Next is the fairly large living room with a spacious sofa bed. Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and another room used as a storage room. A flight of stairs leads to the ground floor, where the sleeping area is located, consisting of: two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a storage room. The villa features air conditioning (in both the bedrooms and the living room), free unlimited Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and private parking. The furnishings include sheets and towels for all guests. Outside, there is a furnished outdoor area and a kitchenette.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people: 2 in the first bedroom with a double bed, 2 in the second bedroom with a double bed, 2 in the third bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 in the ground-floor bedroom with a bunk bed, and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room.
