"A very beautiful and wonderful place"

"Highly recommend this resort. It is perfect for either couples or families. Lots to do, daily activities are hosted by the pool and beach and every night there is either a show, live music or a party. Resort is big but it doesn't take that long to get any where. There was always room at the pool or beach for my family if 5. Cute water park that could use a little upgrade in the kids section Food was actually delicious and many restaurants to chose from. We enjoyed the French, Asian and Italian the best. Our room was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. Only con would be that not all the waiters understood english, so asking questions about the menu were a bit difficult ."

"beautiful resort; however, the buffet and bar food were terrible, and everything was watered down, including guac. The restaurants were really good, though. Some staff looked unsatisfied to be there, made it a bit uncomfterble."

"We stayed at the Hard Rock and this place while in Punta Cana and we can say without a doubt that the Hard Rock will never again get one red cent from us! Th Serenade was hands down better! The customer service, the room, the proximity to the beach and all the action, the food, the drinks, it was all amazing! Loved it all! Will definitely be back! "

"This is such a great vacation spot! My husband & I had an amazing time from the moment we arrived. Everyone who works there is super kind & helpful which made the whole experience even better. The room was clean & the AC worked perfectly :) The only downside was that we had no cold water for the tub. My husband filled it in the morning & by early evening it was still hot but at least he could finally get in 😂 For an all-inclusive resort, the food was pretty good! Some hits & a few misses but there are multiple restaurants so you’re never stuck eating something you don’t like. We did pay for club & the access to Magna was definitely worth it! We also loved that there’s entertainment every evening & they end the night with a dance party. Definitely an Excellence fan now!"
