"The property is immaculate. Very well put together and has everything you need to cook a full meal which we really appreciated. Good size accommodation for 6 people. The only downside was there are no fans or air conditioning and it was very hot while we were there which made sleeping difficult even with every window open. Maybe some ceiling fans would help if air conditioning isn’t an option."

"A really lovely welcome from the receptionist. She was able to answer all our questions and gave us a bottle of water on arrival which was much appreciated. We stayed in the suite as we had 2 children. It was plenty big enough. The only issue was there was no sink with the toilet, you needed to walk into the ensuite off the bedroom to wash hands. The car park is a brilliant asset, however it's very snug to get in and park. Overall it was a lovely stay and exactly what we needed! An easy stroll into the centre of Arras for dinner and some delicious snacks from the patisseries 😋"

"Returned to this hotel after a very nice experience 3 years ago. The hotel staff and the hotel itself are fantastic. Sadly, the restaurant lets it down. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was terrible and overpriced. The restaurant staff were quite rude and unhelpful, including the one at breakfast. So, if you are just staying at the hotel, this is great. But don't waste your money on the restaurant."

"Very nice hotel, but not easy to find,,, keep your eyes open and look out for McDonalds,,, the sign for the hotel is near to it!" The room was lovely, comfortable bed and it had a coffee machine which was a bonus! Only downside was the restaurant being closed, but it was a Sunday and it wasn't busy. I would definitely stay there again!"
