About this property
Waterfront Townhouse at Marina Entrance !
- Over looking the marina at Port Hinchinbrook we are the first house at the Marina entrance so you get first pick at the fish as the tide comes in. Or sit & watch the sunset with a nice wine. Very comfortable upstairs/downstairs open & breezy easy living. Fully self contained modern kitchen, opens into the downstairs lounge/dinning area. Private pool & outdoor bbq entertainment area overlooking the Marina. The only shared area is the pontoon with unit 2. Lockup garage & off street parking . Just five kilometres from the sleepy township of Cardwell.
We accept 6 guests maximum & ask you to respect this policy.
We live right next door so we are able to personally hand you the keys & explain anything you should know. While respecting your privacy we are always there should you need us.
