Just steps from the Medieval City of Carcassonne, “L’Echappée Belle” welcomes you with cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. This fully renovated house combines charm and comfort, featuring a private garden, private pool, private jacuzzi, and private parking.
The air-conditioned living area offers a convertible billiard table, pellet stove, lounge with sofa, TV, darts, and access to the garden with a fire pit, relaxation lounge, sun loungers, and ping-pong table.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, classic and pod coffee makers, tea, small appliances, juicer, and toaster.
The house includes a bathroom with shower, toilet, and storage, plus a hallway leading to the sleeping area with separate toilet.
The air-conditioned master suite features a private jacuzzi, 160 cm bed, TV, bathroom with shower, toilet, and closet. The second air-conditioned bedroom overlooks the garden and offers two 80 cm electric beds that can be combined into a 160 cm bed, with TV and closet.
The synthetic lawn garden has table tennis, an above-ground pool with safety ladder, children’s playset, sun loungers, and a shaded lounge for drinks, plus an outdoor dining table with barbecue and motorized awning.
On the ground floor: laundry room with washer and dryer, 6 adult bikes and 3 children’s bikes with helmets and child seat.
Complete baby equipment available: crib, changing table, bathtub, potty, high chair, bottle warmer.
Private parking at the entrance.
A water and electricity package, sufficient for normal use, is included. In case of unusually high consumption, an extra charge may apply. A welcome basket awaits to celebrate your arrival in Aude!
