想像を軽く超えた宿

カルカッソンヌ周辺で評価が良くて値段の高すぎない宿を探していました。 評価がとても良かったので、ちょっと遠いかなと思いながらも予約してみたのですが、期待をはるかに超えるとても良い宿でした。 まず、Limouxという村ですが、知る人ぞ知る良質なスパークリングワインの名産地らしく、静かでとても良い雰囲気。宿は葡萄畑のなかにひっそり佇むという趣で、古くからあった建物を全面改装したものだそうです。お隣の畑で作られたスパークリングのウェルカムドリンクで迎えていただきましたがこれが本当に美味しく、部屋はシティーホテルに勝るとも劣らない清潔感と設備で、何一つ不自由なく過ごせました。 窓から見える景色はまるで額に入った絵のようで、特筆すべきは朝食、本当に予約した値段なのだろうか（もしかして総額と一人当たりの額を間違えてる？）と思ってしまうほど充実しており、地物にこだわったハムやサラミにヨーグルト、聞かなかったけれど、多分庭にいたニワトリの産んだ卵をリクエストに応じて調理してくださるという、素晴らしいものでした。やたらと濃厚でえらく美味しいなと思ったヨーグルトは聞けば羊のミルクのヨーグルト。 庭も広大で、子供が楽しめるプールやトランポリン、可愛いブランコなどもあり、一泊だけだったのが勿体無かったというのが率直な感想です。個人的にはカルカッソンヌの城塞よりも感動しました。 事前に宿主に相談すれば近隣のアクティビティーなど色々相談に乗ってくれると思います。　次回はゆっくりと時間をとって泊まりに行きます。

Chambres d'hôte des plus agréables. Que peut on demander de plus qu'une qualité de l'accueil (hôte prévenant et accueillant), une bâtisse et un cadre avec du charme, des chambres propres et bien équipés et des prestations annexes agréables (piscine, jeux pour enfants, salon avec lecture..). La définition même d'un chambre d'hôte de qualité

Excellent B&B.in rural setting. Beautifully restored estate. No TV in the room but there is a well setup TV room with DVD player. Wifi worked fine in our room. Very good continental breakfast. Host was very pleasant.and attentive. Easy to find location either by detailed map or GPS. Would gladly stay again. Excellent value.
