Shops are located approximately 200 metres away, while the Atlantic Ocean is accessible 5 kilometres away, offering a perfect setting for holidays between nature, relaxation and water activities.



The villa offers pleasant living spaces bathed in light. The friendly living room is furnished with sofas, armchairs and a dining area including a table, chairs and a sideboard, creating a place conducive to moments shared with family or friends. The independent kitchen is functional and equipped for a stay with complete autonomy, with electric cooker, hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and numerous storage spaces.



The night space consists of three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed with storage, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds, ideal for children. Maison rustique conforme aux photos.Idealement située face à au lac pour passer de bonnes vacances.Le nettoyage d'arrivée a largement oublié d'enlever les très nombreuses araignées peuplant l'ensemble des plafonds, rideaux, volets et fenêtres. Idem pour la colonie de fourmis occupant la terrasse.
