Location ayant l'avantage d'être très proche du lac de Carcans mais la terrasse est proche de la rue principale passante et bruyante.Intérieur agréable et fonctionnel, conforme à l'annonce sauf inconvénients évoqués, table de ping pong très appréciée.Beaucoup d'inconvénients au cours de notre semaine : store fermé et bloqué dans la chambre du RDC sans possibilité de réparateur entre le 9 et le 16 août, panne du lave vaisselle au bout d'un jour sans intervention de réparateur et nouvelles après avoir prévenu l'agence Bru et donc vaisselle pour 8 adultes au cours de la semaine, plancha inutilisable car trop sale.
