Great hotel! Everything is brand new and the design is amazing. The room is big with a very comfortable bed and a really nice view of the golf course. The only thing is that the food could be better. It was rather expensive and mediocre.

Luxury resort. Spa facilities and golf course were amazing. Peaceful and relaxing. Beds were amazing, the best sleep I had while in Spain. I enjoyed the fact that even though the dinner was a buffet it was served. Breakfast was buffet style with really good healthy choices. Simply put -amazing.

La Galiana is a place I will return; I truly enjoyed the view, the accommodations, and the spa. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk team, Olga y Francisco, the service staff at the restaurant everyone was very professional and cordial. My only subjection was that the bar should have wine bottles saves pumps to keep bottles fresher once the bottle is open, but overall it was a great experience and the golf course, the pro Pedro, and the team at the club house were friendly and accommodating. Stylish and relaxing hotel

We have stayed at the hotel twice this year and I have thought carefully about this review . It is a beautiful and luxurious place to stay. The rooms are beautifully styled and have luxurious bathrooms and balconies where you can soak up the sun whilst overlooking the golf course. There is a gym and pool. The staff are very helpful and professional. Breakfast is good, offering a varied and tasty buffet as well as food cooked to order. The hotel would be brilliant if the restaurant food in the evening was better. We have been visiting Spain for 30 years and I think we have had the worst food I have ever had in Spain on this visit. We have eaten in the bar and in the restaurant. The bar food was tasty, hot and well presented. When we visited in April we ate in the restaurant at night and it was okay. This time the table service had been changed to a buffet. It was really poor. The starters were ok ,salads, focaccia with cheese and sardines . The main course was not good . As my husband doesn’t eat fish we chose the beef. It was some kind of beef rib , cold I had to send it back to be recooked. There was hardly any meat most of the cut was boney and fatty, it was inedible. We have eaten in the bar and the bar menu was so much better. The restaurant really lets down the hotel. Please improve your offer and then this hotel has the potential to be one of the best in Spain

Pleasant stay with mixed reactions

The stay was very pleasant in a quiet environment but the high technology, operating everything by the use of a small touchscreen, created problems for us in the night since we found it impossible to have on the air conditioner without the entrance and bathroom lights being illuminated. Additionally whilst the high speed WiFi worked well within the room it was not usable when sat on the balcony. The restaurant was rather soulless although the food was good.

Memorable stay!

This newly built hotel is a true gem lost in the luxurious mountains of the Valencia region off the mass tourism path on the coast! I wanted a quiet retreat. I found heaven with amazing views, service and amenities. I liked everything from the ulta modern look and feel of the place with a subtile mix of concrete and wood, the generous pool with amazing view, the ultra high standards of the rooms and all the seating areas scattered around the property. Hats off to the architect. I don’t play golf but the sight of the golf court from my balcony was pure delight. Food was fantastic and since there was barely any guests during my stay it felt as if I was treated as a king. I know for sure I’ll visit again once in a while as I loved it so much. Special thanks to Olga at the reception who gave me tons of tips and who it was great chatting with ;)

El hotel cuenta con un entorno encantador, muy tranquilo y con una vista realmente excepcional, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. No obstante, la calidad del servicio dista mucho de lo que cabría esperar para el nivel de precios que maneja el establecimiento. El personal parece carecer de la formación necesaria, tanto en la recepción como en el servicio en general, lo que se refleja en la atención al cliente y en los pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia en un alojamiento de esta categoría. Además, tuvimos un inconveniente con la cama: siendo una pareja, solicitamos que las unieran y no se nos ofreció ninguna solución satisfactoria. En conclusión, un hotel con un gran potencial gracias a su entorno y vistas, pero que debería mejorar considerablemente la atención y la profesionalidad del servicio para estar a la altura de las expectativas.

La experiencia estuvo muy bien. El único problema fue el buffet libre de la cena que el camarero recogía muy rápido los platos y tuvimos la sensación de que molestábamos. La anterior vez que fuimos en vez de buffet fue a la carta y nos gustó muchísimos más la experiencia porque los platos eran mucho más elaborados y el trato mucho más cuidado. Por el resto del fin de semana inmejorable como siempre.

Très bel endroit. Design de l hôtel très réfléchi, des dalles de sol jusqu aux services connectés dans la chambre. Le dîner est succulent et surprenant par son prix bas en rapport avec la qualité de la cuisine de la cuisine et des produits. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel très agréable.
