Great little hotel

From the friendly texts with entry codes and other information, through to the clean and well equipped accommodation, this place is a great little hotel. Located opposite a swimming pool, and the Agnes Varda Cinema, it couldn't have been more peaceful. Couldn't even hear the goats bleating from the surrounding hills! Have stayed here before. Will stay here again.

A good place to stay

This is a good place to stay. Confortable bed, clean and tidy, quiet,and pleasant surroundings. It is a self-sufficient kind of place with staff seldom on site, but the manager is only a text away. No Wi-Fi for the duration of my stay which was a disappointment. Bonus that the swimming pool opposite was open (afternoon into evenings), and the woodland walk behind it was accessible and a lovely way to spen an hour.

The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received.

Pas satisfaite de mon séjour

J’ai séjourné du 14 au 17 juillet 2025 dans cet appart hôtel Termalia 2 avec mes 3 jeunes filles. Je n’ai pas été satisfaite car la chambre n’avait pas de wifi, ni climatisation alors que s’était prévu. J’ai été mis au courant de la panne du wifi une heure avant mon arrivée. L’hôtel et ascenseur sont très vieux et manque de rafraîchissement. Une rénovation serait utile. Les murs et plafonds étaient ternes et sales. Le coin cuisine était vétuste. Pas de lave-vaisselle. La vaisselle était vieille. La chambre n’était pas insonorisée. J’entendais le bruit des voisins de chambre. Le réfrigérateur et le micro-ondes étaient très abîmés (rouille) et le réfrigérateur était bruyant (bruit du moteur). La chambre était très différente aux photos de la description.

Merci beaucoup

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la résidence Thermalia. Mention spéciale à Pierre, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse : alors que nous devions libérer notre appartement à 11h, il a accepté que nous laissions nos affaires jusqu’à 15h dans un autre logement, ce qui nous a permis d’attendre notre transport en toute tranquillité. Un geste vraiment appréciable ! Merci encore pour l’accueil et la disponibilité.

Petit séjour

Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé. Attention toutefois, il n'est pas du tout conforme aux photos. L'appartement était néanmoins très bien équipé. La literie était confortable. La salle de bain était plutôt spacieuse et équipée d'une baignoire. Le nettoyage du logement manquait néan moins de profondeur. Quant à l'hôte, nous n'avons rien à redire, il nous a donné toutes les instructions nécessaires. Autre bémols, si vous souhaitez faire la grasse matinée, il se pourrait, comme nous, que vous réveillé par du personnel qui sonne et essaie d'entrer dans le logement avant 9h alors que l'heure de remise des clés est à 11h.

Appartement ne correspondait pas aux photos de la réservation, odeur d’égouts , vétuste ,armoire pas en bon état , plan de travail été une ancienne porte, télévision posée à même sur la table, un appartement qui mériterait un gros rafraîchissement et une réelle rénovation literie propre mais inconfortable trop ferme,vaisselle totalement dépareiller , quand nous avons retiré la housse de couette, nous avons pu constater que la couette était sale auréole jaune .

Lors du premier séjour, nous étions au second étage quel je n'avais pas vraiment apprécié car trop bruyant. Cette fois-ci, en étant au troisième étage, le séjour est bien mieux puis le studio est beaucoup plus agréable. C'est un vrai plaisir.

Ville de curiste à la montagne

Pour 1 nuit est heureusement, l’impression générale c’est soit la prison soit une maison de retraite bloquée dans les année 1990....impression très glauque. Studio simple, confort spartiate avec le minimum à tout niveau. Literie à revoir, pas de rideau de douche à la baignoire donc de l’eau partout et des chiffons accrochés à la fenêtre en guise de rideaux. Seule dans la résidence à cause du COVID les thermes qui attirent les curistes sont à l’arrêt. Le seul point positif c’est le tarif mais heureusement car cela ne vaut pas plus...je suis très souvent à l’hôtel en déplacement professionnel alors mes critiques ne sont pas des caprices.
