The property is Amazing and the staff is very friendly. There is of lot of walking so get comfortable shoes. Getting there can be hectic if you travel from Amalfi (ferry can be cancelled due to weather). The ferry Caremar can take you from Napoli. Once there, you can take the funicular. Tickets can be purchase about one block to the right.

This property is incredible. It is beautiful, high class, and simple all the same. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an incredible room that had a massive bathroom. The entire room was covered in italian tile that my girlfriend loved. Claudia at the front desk and the pool bar guy were fantastic. Incredible views looking at the backside of Capri. I will say it is towards the back of Capri. Definitely take a taxi to Capri (easiest way from the port) and then I carried our luggage there. I used a service that Claudia had set up for me to take the luggage directly to our ferry on the way out. Worked like a charm.

We absolutely loved this property and the service here. It was close enough to the shopping but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. Service was excellent! Andrea and the team in the restaurant were super helpful, friendly, pleasant and paid attention to all of the details. I would stay here again.

The hotel has a perfect location, just down from the main shopping street. The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to help you and make your trip truly memorable. Remember no taxes go to any of the hotels, they will leave you at the bus stop, so don’t waste your money, leave your luggage with porter and take the fenicular and now find your hotel, that easy.

Very nice. Gave us a great upgrade. Problem with a leak in the bsthroom and immediately put us in an even better room. Very kind and helpful staff. Beautiful property. Disappointed pool was closed already.

Employees act very stingy and look at you down. No buffet breakfast which is almost standard at every other hotels in Italy. Location is good and rooms and comfortable.

Great location and facilities. We were upgraded to a Junior suite with lots of space, a balcony and sea view. The hotel areas are clean and the pool area is very pleasant, with lots of lounges and bar service. Breakfast could have a few more options, especially in terms of cooked food such as scrambled eggs. The hotel is close to the high street of Capri, several nice restaurants around the area. The staff were attentive and nice. During our stay we had an incident with a guest staying next door (nothing to do with the hotel), and the hotel promptly took care of it. If we had more time, we would have spend more days at Floridiana.

My room was upgraded from a single to a decent double with a balcony and this was indeed very nice. However, I did expect the toilets to be better maintained, showers and shower cubicles left a lot to be desired with broken knobs and poor showers. No tea or coffee to speak of despite a kettle. I had one sachet of coffee that was never replaced during my entire stay. The plugs were a nightmare and I had to turn off the fridge to charge my devices as that was the only working plug in the room. This is not a reflection of the staff, they were all very helpful and attentive. The property itself could do with some upgrading. There was an unnecessary vase on the fridge that had a pink bottle cap with a key attached to it. Not sure why it was there. I had a gaping hole on top of my bed, on the ceiling, next to the fire alarm. The sun loungers were creaking. Breakfast was an unnecessary faff- if people were disinfecting their hands when entering the breakfast room not sure why they couldn’t help themselves. Had to explain everything I wanted to eat and waiters got the orders wrong- they did have an unusual job of trying to work out breakfast orders that had a decent spread. I requested brown bread and got white instead, for instance. Asked for one toast and got four. The reason I have rated it okay is entirely because of the staff and their excellent service (breakfast debacles notwithstanding).

Okay Experience
This was our first time in Capri. This hotel was overall ok, terrible WiFi, Air Condition wasn’t great, service was average. We were heading to dinner and needed an iron and ironing board, they said they don’t have it. Never heard of. Way overpriced hotel.
