  • Villa Annalisa is a beautiful villa overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, in a quiet but convenient location, a few steps from the Piazzetta di Capri and the beaches of Marina Piccola.
    The villa combines classic Italian style with a simple and welcoming atmosphere. The interiors are bright, with large windows overlooking the sea, handcrafted ceramic floors, an antique fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen.
    On the ground floor there is one of the three bedrooms, with private bathrooms.
    The other two rooms offer comfortable spaces, panoramic balconies and beautiful sea views. The third bedroom has twin beds, ideal for families or friends.
    The strong point of the villa is the 120 m² terrace, surrounded by greenery and perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing in the sun or enjoying an aperitif at sunset.
    Villa Annalisa also offers a daily cleaning service and convenient access directly to the entrance of the property.
