Unbelievable stay, the views!!! A 10, the breakfast and staff a 10!!!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Antonio was very helpful along with the staff. You cannot go wrong with this place. When the ferry drops you off, you’re in front of the hotel, the hotel is right next to ships and the cable car.

That staff was absolutely helpful and caring with my special request to change the bed linens daily, not just making the bed, because I arrived with a head cold. They were also helpful with planning activities. I'll be returning as they did so much more than I'm sharing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the port, which was very convenient. One of the highlights was the rooftop, the view from there was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of desserts, including the delicious Caprese cake. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’d happily stay here again.
