Villa GiĆ² is a completely renovated farmhouse inserted in a luxuriant nature of plants and flowers.
A few steps from the center of Cappella Maggiore and only 8 kilometers from the city of Vittorio Veneto, one of the most beautiful historic cities in Eastern Veneto.
The strategic position of this villa allows you to reach and visit the most important cities of Veneto, such as Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Treviso and of course Venice in a maximum of one hour by car. The Dolomites, a World Heritage Site, are 1 hour away by car.
The villa is composed of:

A family celebration

This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. But overall a great place for a family holiday.

Wunderschƶn, aber einige BeeintrƤchtigungen

Die Anlage war schƶn und groƟzĆ¼gig, vor allem auch der groƟe Ć¼berdachte AuƟenbereich. Der Pool war neuwertig und gepflegt. Zimmer und BƤder waren sauber. Verwalterin Susanna war nett, jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich bemĆ¼ht zu helfen. Negativ war, dass von den acht vorhandenen Poolliegen zwei kaputt waren, und dass es mehrfach zu StromausfƤllen kam. Die Sicherung sprang raus, wenn man mehr als zwei Kochfelder nutzte. In der Beschreibung wurde ein Whirlpool angegeben, der nicht vorhanden war. Der Grillplatz hat keinen Rost zum Auflegen.Die WIFI gibt es nur in Logga, weil Passwort vom Router im Wohnzimmer vom Haus falsch war. Nervig war der BaulƤrm vom angrenzenden GebƤudeteil (Bagger, Presslufthammer, Betonmischer, ...) werktƤglich von 7.15 Uhr bis ca. 18.00 Uhr. Ɯber die Baustelle wurden wir leider vorab nicht informiert. Trotz unserer mehrfachen Beschwerden bei der Vermieterin Ƥnderte sich leider nichts. Die Vermieterin entschuldigte sich, fĆ¼hlte sich jedoch machtlos. Sie gewƤhrte einen kleinen Preisnachlass.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schƶn gelegen und kann als Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r verschiedenste AusflĆ¼ge genutzt werden. Der groƟe Pool und der Aussenbereich bieten sehr viele Mƶglichkeiten sich zu beschƤftigen. Die KĆ¼che des Hauses ist etwas klein, wenn fĆ¼r eine grĆ¶ĆŸere Gruppe gekocht werden soll. Die Verwalterin hat uns herzlich begrĆ¼ĆŸt und war stets erreichbar. Nach einem Unwetter ist das Internet fĆ¼r mehrere Tage ausgefallen. Das Problem konnte wƤhrend unseres Aufenthaltes trotz groƟer BemĆ¼hungen durch die Verwalterin nicht behoben werden.

Ɯberdachte Terasse ist Highlight des Hauses

Ein schƶnes Haus in der Italienischen Provinz, dass sich durch seine alleinstehende Lage gut fĆ¼r groƟe Gruppen eignet, bei denen es auch mal lauter werden darf. Zum Haus innen: Zimmer sind sauber, KĆ¼che ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet, der Esstisch drin ist fĆ¼r 14 Personen definitiv zu klein. Zum Highlight des Hauses: Die Ć¼berdachte Terasse mit groƟem Esstisch und Sofas. Hier haben wir uns die allermeiste Zeit aufgehalten und die Zeit genossen. Der riesige Pool darf natĆ¼rlich auch nicht unerwƤhnt bleiben. Ein sehr gutes Haus fĆ¼r groƟe Gruppen bei schƶnem Wetter.

Tolles Haus mit tollem Pool!

Wir haben zu zehnt eine grandiose Woche verbracht. Alle waren sehr zufrieden. Der Innenhof und speziell der Pool sind eine Sensation! Aufgrund der Lage kann es auch mal etwas lauter zugegen. Das ist kein Problem. Suzana war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber. Selbst der Pool wurde alle 2 Tage gesƤubert. Top Empfehlung!!

Een grandioze locatie.

Niet alleen een grandioze maar ook een perfecte locatie met dito faciliteiten. Zelfs de kleine keuken voldeed prima om daarin elke dag weer het uitgebreide diner te bereiden voor het elftal "cyclisti". Na een dag fietsen maakten we ook steeds weer gebruik van het fantastische zwembad voor een verfrissende duik. De avonden waren steeds gezellig op het riante terras met groot afdak. We maakten ook graag gebruik van de aanwezige spelfaciliteiten zoals tafeltennistafel en tafelvoetbalspel zodat ook de avonden actief werden gebruikt voor de nodige ontspanning. De slaapgelegenheden en ook de sanitaire voorzieningen voldeden ruimschoots aan de verwachtingen. Daarnaast werden we voortreffelijk opgevangen door de "host" Susanna die ons op verzoek hielp waar nodig en steeds snel en accuraat reageerde op vragen onzerzijds. Kortom: in alle opzichten een voortreffelijke en aan te bevelen locatie, ook voor grotere groepen.

Alleinstehendes Haus mit groƟem Pool

Wir waren mit 13 Personen im Alter zwischen 20 und 30 vor Ort. Das Haus: BƤder waren neu renoviert (Schƶner als auf den Fotos). Schlafzimmer sind fĆ¼r den Preis angemessen. Die KĆ¼che war sehr gut ausgestattet (Viele Teller, Besteck, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, GlƤserā€¦). Es gab insgesamt 3 KĆ¼hlschrƤnke mit reichlich Platz fĆ¼r Essen, GetrƤnke und auch viel Platz im Gefrierfach. Der Grill ist sehr groƟ und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Aufenthaltsraum hat uns auch sehr begeistert (Kicker, Spiele, Tischtennis, Fernseher). Leider hatten wir manchmal einige Ameisen, Fliegen usw. im Haus. Im Haus war es teilweise sehr warm (keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern). Es waren aber ein paar Ventilatoren vor Ort. Die Terasse: Sie ist kompetent neu eingerichtet. (neue moderne Sofas und StĆ¼hle) Der Pool: Das Highlight des Hauses!! 6 auf 14m GrĆ¶ĆŸe. 1,2 bis 2,8m tief. Wir konnten ohne Probleme am Haus/Pool lauter Musik hƶren weil die Nachbarn weit weg sind. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Susanna war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch Restaurant und Supermarkt-Empfehlungen von ihr bekommen. Ruhige Lage und groƟzĆ¼giger AuƟenbereich

Wir waren ein Gruppe von 10 Erwachsenen zum Radurlaub in Venetien. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns an der Unterkunft die ruhige Lage und der sehr groƟzĆ¼gige AuƟenbereich. Vor allem den sauberen, groƟen Pool und den schattigen Loungebereich konnten wir sehr gut nutzen. Die vor Ort Betreuung von Susanna war sehr gut. Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, Buchungen durchgefĆ¼hrt und war immer fĆ¼r uns erreichbar.

Rustikales Bauernhaus mit groƟem Pool

Wir waren eine Woche im Familienurlaub dort. Wir hatten eine schƶne Zeit und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Leider gab es ein paar Sachen, die wir im Vorhinein gern gewusst hƤtten, wie beispielsweise keine Fliegengitter und viele Ameisen, Spinnen und kleine Tiere im Haus. Wir haben uns Ameisenfallen und Spray gekauft. Hier hƤtte man etwas besser reinigen kƶnnen im Vorhinein... auch der Wasserdruck war ab und zu schlecht. Ansonsten ist es ein wirklich schƶnes Anwesen und der Pool wird 1x in der Woche gereinigt.

Very spacious and a fantastic outdoor area

We were a group of 7 people (all between 20 and 21 years old) and have spent one week here. The house and the outdoor area are very big, so we definitely had more than enough space. We especially enjoyed the fantastic outdoor area with the ping-pong table, the comfortable lounge and dining area and of course the pool! The house is located in a quiet area and the nearest neighbours are quiet far away. The nearest supermarket is only one kilometer away, but this one is not so big, but there is a big supermarket only 5 kilometers away from the house. We also visited Venice for one day which is at a distance of around 70 kilometers. So, we really enjoyed the great outdoor area of the house and the region where it is located and had a very great stay here!

Tolles Haus

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht. Der AuƟenbereich mit Pool und Ć¼berdachtem Sofa- und Essbereich sind einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus selbst ist schƶn groƟ, die Zimmer sauber und relativ kĆ¼hl, die BƤder ebenfalls vƶllig in Ordnung. Die KĆ¼che ist etwas klein und war nicht ganz so sauber und ordentlich, wie wir es uns gewĆ¼nscht hƤtten - darĆ¼ber konnten wir im Gesamtpaket aber hinwegschauen. Susanna, unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war so toll. Hilfsbereit, freundlich, und immer ansprechbar. Sie hat einen groƟartigen Job gemacht! Vielen Dank fĆ¼r eine tolle Zeit.

A large clean house with a top swimming pool and a patio. The kitchen is a little bit out dated. Screens would be useful.

Boligen var godt udgangspunkt for oplevelser. Susanna var meget hjƦlpsom hostess. Pool, vƦrelser, bad fungerede perfekt. Et stort plus at bĆ„de hĆ„ndklƦder og sengetĆøj er til rĆ„dighed. KĆøkkenet er lille til 14 mennesker. Affaldssortering er alt for smĆ„t dimensioneret. Grill er et ildsted - havde forventet en grill til gas eller briketter. Bordtennisbord er ramponeret og med vandskade. Bordfodbold er super. Rigtig god og dejlig overdƦkket terrasse med bĆ„de spiseplads og loungeomrĆ„de. Aktivitetsrum med legeredskaber bĆør opdateres og vƦre mere rengjort. Billederne signalerer stĆørre eksklusivitet end virkeligheden. BĆørnefamilierne efterspurgte rĆøgalarmer. Det vil vƦre en stor hjƦlp, hvis man konkret beskriver, hvornĆ„r og hvordan affaldstĆømning finder sted, udstyrer stedet med store affaldsbeholdere og angiver hvornĆ„r pool-manden kommer. Vi havde en fantastisk ferie og trivedes godt i bolig og omgivelser.
