Best Western in Cappadocia

"The room and bathroom was very small but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with quite a variety of choices. However, we book a comfort balloon ride with this hotel and paid a higher price but on the day of the flight we were included with all the other guest who paid a much lower price.I advise book directly with the company not with the hotel. "

"Overall the stay and our experience here was great! The breakfast and restaurant were fantastic. The staff was very kind and helpful. However, I did specifically book this hotel for the hot tub and pool both of which were closed down for our entire stay so that was a bit unfortunate. The rooms were great and it was a cool experience staying in a cave hotel!"

"We had an incredible stay at Divan Cave House, even though we arrived quite late. The staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. The only small downside was that the terrace wasn’t open later in the evening for a drink, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We woke up early to visit Lovers Hill and came back to a sensational breakfast — a fantastic spread of fresh fruit, a great selection of options, and everything cooked really well. The staff were consistently helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The rooms were fantastic — clean, tidy, and very well organised. The whole setup of the hotel is impressive. If I had to mention one minor improvement, it would be having a bit of milk available for the coffee station. Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of this place. A strong 9/10 for me."
