The two-room apartment, accommodating 2–5 people, is located on the first floor and measures approximately 65 square meters. The entrance opens onto a bright living room furnished with a sofa bed, TV, armchair, and dining table, a welcoming and functional space where you can relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

The compact yet well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, oven, induction hob, and microwave, providing everything you need to prepare meals.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet, heated towel rail, and window. The double bedroom is spacious and comfortable and also includes an additional yellow sofa bed. The bedroom offers direct access to the alley behind the square.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Capoliveri, within the pedestrian area.

Groups of young people under 21 are not permitted.

Check-in: 4:00 PM–7:30 PM (€50 surcharge after 8:00 PM)
Check-out: by 9:00 AM
Small pets are allowed, €30 cleaning fee
Mandatory deposit: €150, refundable at the end of your stay (if paid in cash, no earlier than 3:00 PM)
Bed linens and towels: €40 per double set (also for single use), must be requested at the time of booking, not bookable on site.
