Spacious and bright studio apartment with closed equipped terrace overlooking the sea, in a residential complex with swimming pool. We are in Naregno, one of the longest beaches on the eastern side, a sandy mixed gravel beach that slopes gently, suitable for families with children, immersed in uncontaminated nature and characterised by crystal clear waters, normally less frequented than the others in the area and therefore perfect for those who love calm and an interesting starting point for snorkelling or underwater fishing.
It offers all possible services, bars, restaurants, sailing and catamaran school and diving centre. We remember the proximity to the centre of Capoliveri, reachable in just 3 km, a historic medieval village with a long tourist tradition capable of satisfying all tastes and different needs.
