"I will continue to come back back to this treasure of a hotel for the rest of my life. When I say-i LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT--I MEAN IT!!!! Perfect location, amazing views, breakfast was top notch!! Rooms were spotless and Housekeeping staff were delightful. I also wanted to share that I have worked in luxury hospitality for over 30 years. Your Employee Lizeth should be recognized for her outstanding customer service and genuine care. She has the qualities of hospitality that just cannot be taught. Her service wasnt just 5 star--it was 6. Your company should recognize her skills and do what you can to keep her within your company. She is a Hospitality Star!!! Overall just an incredible experience and I cannot wait to return. Bravo on a PERFECT EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END."
