Já na recepção fomos muito bem atendidos, os colaboradores em geral são muito atenciosos e procuram sempre nos deixar confortáveis. O quarto bem espaçoso e limpo. O único senão é a TV que não conecta quase nada e quando o faz a imagem é horrível e cheia de chuvisco. Eu super indico o hotel.

Bom hotel, mas o restaurante precisa melhorar

O hotel fica localizado a 4km da BR 050, as margens do Lago de Furnas. Ficamos somente uma noite, no quarto 211, de frente para a bonita piscina e para o lago. O quarto com uma cama King e uma cama de solteiro. Limpo, amplo eotima roupa de cama. Banheiro grande, com boa ducha. Os jardins sao bem cuidados. Existe uma area coberta com piscina aquecida e 4 hot tubes. As hot tubes poderiam estar mais aquecidas. O ponto negativo do hotel é o restaurante. O é amplo e com uma bela vista, mas tudo é meio mal arrumado. Além disso a comida é na maximo razoavel. Almoçamos uma Traira Frita com arroz, salada, Feijão e batata frita. O peixe estava bom, os acompanhamentos razoaveis. No jantar o salão estava com forte cheiro de fritura. Fizemos um lanche, um hambúrguer e 01 misto quente. Razoaveis. O cafe da manhã, ruim, tem muitos itens, mas nada saboroso. O restaurante precisa melhorar, porque não existe nada por perto para comer

Ótimo hotel em Capitólio.

Hotel muito bem organizado e amplo. Os quartos são grande e banheiro de um tamanho bom. Todo o hotel me pareceu novo. Eles oferecerem passeios de barco saindo do hotel é outro ponto positivo. Os únicos pontos negativos são: o horário de café da manhã (das 8h às 10h). Poderia começar mais cedo, às 7h, por exemplo. E a estrada de chegada ao hotel poderia ser de melhor qualidade.

Hotel com uma vista linda. Apesar do acesso ser por uma estrada de barro e sem iluminação,quando vc chega na propriedade vale super a pena. A vista é simplesmente incrível! O hotel é muito lindo e perto das principais atrações.

Hotel de ótima qualidade, atendimento muito bom, limpeza excelente. Pequenos cuidados podem melhorar a experiência no hotel. Assentos do vaso sanitário sem padronização com o tamanho do vaso prejudica a utilização principalmente das mulheres como no apto. 205. Pedras soltas no acesso ao prédio dos apartamentos 200 podem causar acidentes e música ambiente da área da piscina poderia ser mais baixa para um conforto melhor dos outros hóspedes que não estão lá.

Fomos muito bem recebidos no hotel. Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e amigáveis. O quarto é espaçoso e as camas confortáveis. A vista do quarto é maravilhosa. O café da manhã é excelente. Tudo o que pedimos de porção ou refeição estava muito saboroso e sempre em quantidade suficiente para 3 pessoas.

Local muito bonito. Nos ultimos andares, passaros barulhentos fazem ninhos e nos acordam as 0400. !! toda noite. Nesses andares a pressao dagua no chuveiro é muito baixa.
