"A bit pricey, but the room was nice (others were even nicer) and the setting was beautiful. The bar and grill across the parking lot was really good. The owners were very friendly and kept a lot of helpful information about Capitol Reef in the lobby. The reason for the overall 4 rating was price and breakfast being just coffee, granola bars and apples. Also, our room did not have a refridgerator (others did), which left me scrambling with keeping our road trip perishables cool."

"The property looks okay from distance but inside staining floors,old carpet. Staffs are very slow to check in talking to death about their own issues men I have been hiking I’m tired I need check in and take shower. There is no hotel option near by so guests will not have choice but price so high for the hotel condition."

"Front desk staff weren't very friendly. Property was dated, room dark, need more lighting. The waitress/host in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed. She was nice but running around trying to keep up. Very thin overcooked steak."
