I liked the access to the gym & pool facilities, the availability of washer, dryer , cooking facilities, a balcony , great scenery, great walking/jogging trek Only challenge was the internet connection to the tv had issues. The technician did his best to attend and assist.

The location is excellent. Cleanliness wasn’t up to standard.. cockroaches in the kitchen and lounge area. Main bedroom sheets were torn.

Spectacular view
Angie was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Always ready to please the customer. The view was spectacular but the apartment was poorly decorated, cleaning service was very late during the day. Location was great.

The apartment was very well located. It was nice, spacious, clean and contained all the amenities we could require. It was also very secured and we felt safe staying there. The cleaning lady was excellent. The only feedback for improvement is that some revamping will soon be required, eg, broken tiles in the bathrooms, paperwall peeling off in the lounge, sofas a little old (but yet very comfortable) and we were never given the remote for the air cond. But we loved our stay and will definitely book again when we come back to CT.

Nice spot, worked great for our family!
This proved to be a very nice stay for my family. It's a little outside of Cape Town, but we had a rental car. It's relatively easy to find, and worked great for our needs. There's pool access, and a mall nearby that you can get a few groceries or go out to eat. Highly recommend, especially for those families traveling like ours (3 children).

New Yorker stay in Cape Town
The place was great especially if you are looking for self catering apts.When i arrived the the Tv was not working Val came and and got it operational in a view minutes and connected my internet and show me around and how to get to the Canal Walk Mall which is only a few meters from the hotel,she was one of the exceptional staff members.The place is real clean and the cleaning staff did an exceptional job on a daily basis.Though the office is small the staff is friendly and take care of your needs and make you fell at home, i must say i have to give this place a perfect score and i will definitely return here with my family.

The self catering apartments are exactly as one expects. But the showers work well and the beds are comfy. It's all we needed.

A comfortable Stay
The apartments are privately owned and then rented out to visitors - our apartment was a 1 bedroom with a lovely living/lounge/kitchen area with a parking space. We stayed for 3 nights - it has very good security and the grounds are very well kept - there is a pool area central to the apartment blocks - though there were no sun loungers or even seats so had to take our beach towels to sit on. The shopping mall is close by - plenty of food outlets as well as supermarkets, pharmacy etc. Not all the apartments were being used and it is a big complex so it was quiet and lacked a bit of atmosphere. The surrounding area has hotels within walking distance for meals/drinks. A car/taxi required to get into Cape Town.

The all service staff were friendly and helpful. Great location of the apartment with a shopping mall just behind it. The view was great too.

Excellent Place for family
We spent 4 nights at Apartment No. 218. Must say we felt like being at our own home. Conveniently located across the Canal Walk shopping mall in a nice, quite and serene surroundings -this place had best of both worlds. The furnishing, linens, kitchenware, toilets were all first class quality. Very neat and clean all around. They offered us convenient and reasonable conveyance too. Would return, schedule permitting.

Majorca self catering apartments provided exactly what I expected. A low maintenance, no hassle place to stay. And given its location right in Century City within walking distance of the gym, Canal Walk and the venue for the conference I was there for made it ideal.

Majorca Self Catering Apartments
I would highly recommend Majorca as it is in the Centre of Cape Town making it very easy to travel towards Stellenbosch, Franshoek, International Airport and the CBD of Cape Town. The convenience of it forming part of the Canal Walk Mall is incredible as you do not have to travel at all to meet most of your shopping requirements. We cannot wait to make use of this accommodation again and have already suggested it to friends.

Reasonable for the Money
First the positives: (1) the manager was helpful and even drove me to one of my appointments; (2) the location is good if you need to be central but out of downtown (plus it is located right next to Century Mall so plenty of decent food options to walk to safely); (3) the apartment was a small one bedroom with cooking facilities if you wanted them); and (4) the price was reasonable. Next the negatives: (1) it took a while to arrange for Internet; (2) the apartment was a little beat up (the price I paid was not very high so this is understandable I guess); and (3) it was difficult for people visiting me to get in (since this is not a formal place of business and security is not aware of the situation). Summary: I would not stay there if I was on vacation and wanted a real Capetown feel. There are many nice B & Bs to choose from as alternatives. However, for my needs (a central out of downtown place convenient for my business meetings) it was quite reasonable for the money.

a warm friendly welcome, amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with amzing vieuw, close to restaurants , canal walk Mall, close to Highway N1, N2, full equipped kitchen and good working washer, dryer, even in the best 5 star hotels you won't find this, especially not for this price..extreme good quality/price. too make a long story short, just excellent!!

Huoneistohotelli on suoraan ison kauppa/huvittelukeskuksen naapurissa Century Cityssä (iso on oikeastaan arvio alakanttiin) ja alueella voisi halutessaan varmaan viettää koko lomansakin jos shoppailu innostaa, mutta jos nähtävyyksiä haluaa katsomaan on auton vuokraaminen melkein välttämätöntä. Huoneistomme oli periaatteessa mukavankokoinen kaksio ja kylpyhuoneitakin löytyi kaksi, yksi suihkulla ja yksi kylpyammeella. Aamiainen ei kuulunut huoneen hintaan mutta se olisi voitu maksusta järjestää viereisen Protea Hotel-ketjun hotellin tiloissa. Mikäli keskustan tai kauppakeskuksen ravintolat eivät matkailijaa innosta, kokkaaminen onnistuu huoneiston hyvinvarustetussa keittiössäkin, ruokakauppoja löytyy lähimaastosta useita. Hotellin alueella on myös lämmitetty sisäuima-allas sekä toinen, pienempi allas ulkona. Andrén ja Charmainen isännöimä hotelli oli hieman syrjäisestä sijainnista (Century Citystä on kaupunkiin jonkin matkaa) huolimatta mieleenpainuva paikka – hyväntuulinen pariskunta auttoi hyvin huomaavaisesti meitä hieman hukassa olevia suomalaisturisteja kaupunkikäyntien ja autonvuokrauksen kanssa ja antoi asiantuntevasti vinkkejä nähtävyyksien valintaan; vierailisin hotellissa uudestaankin vain heidän vieraanvaraisuudestaan nauttiakseni.
