Did not feel safe waking around the hotel, however, you can easily UBER anywhere as the location is close to many restaurants, and conveniently in downtown.

Good central location. Difficult to locate easily in a busy pedestrian precinct so Shuttle bus from airport essential for a new visitor to CT. Not an area you want to be on foot with expensive luggage and looking like a new boy on the block.

The CBD is quite busy and bustling during the day with many people out in the city. The comforting item about the hotel is that only guests can access the floor above the check in. Transportation is limited and offered by hotel but communication with them is spotty at best. Room secondary lock was broken and not fixed properly but at least you had to keycard to room floors.

Well located in CBD of Cape Town on pedestrian mall. Only problem was the street noise on St. Georges Mall which lasted each night till around 4 am and started again at 7 am as street vendors set up the metal frames of their stalls every day. Very hard to get a good night's sleep.

Our stay was excellent. The location may leave a little to be desired but the staff and accommodation more than makes up for it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will probably return here when we visit Cape Town.

The location was convenient for our purposes; Bus tours. The breakfast was good, nice variety. The rooms were basic but clean. Beds could be nicer and a chair would be welcome.

The Staff went above and beyond to make the stay more than comfortable. Very helpful and courteous and the security is top notch! They have a street market right outside the hotel and the staff is always watching over to make sure no one harasses you.

The street leading to the entrance is inconvenient, usually blocked by cars and poles on the street. There was no light at the desk. It was noisy outside the hotel until at least 9pm every night during my stay Nov. 25 - 28, 2023.

The smallest hotel room. Room 209 is basically for backpackers, no floor space to open a suitcase and there were just enough space to hang a few shirts. 3 stars rating is generous.

We were welcomed so very kindly, and treated as if we were special. Every one of the staff was very thoughtful and respectful, and always looking for ways to enhance our stay. The breakfast was excellent…quality, variety, and attractive breakfast room. The only thing that was negative about the room was that the bed was very hard. Bedding was good quality, though. The neighborhood was colorful and interesting, but we were followed by vendors trying to sell us things…they were not aggressive, but rather annoying after a while. This was an ideal place to stay, however, and we’d love to stay here again if we go back.

Place looks good and staff a generally ok. House keeping staff are amiable and kind. My jacket with my credit card and watch were stolen from just outside the hotel while I was taking a picture and no one saw the person who stole it.
