"Comfortable house with great facilities. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Nice living areas. Location is excellent - short walk to almost everything. Only comment is that the backyard is mostly concrete so if you're travelling with dogs they may want to be allowed out the front from time to time. Not a problem though."

"Wonderful location with beautiful views. Enjoyed exploring the Otways and relaxing at Ackton Shores. Yard was secure and perfect for our dog, and house was well appointed for our needs. No WIFI was a welcome change, and the one airconditioner upstairs funtioned well. Perhaps a ceiling fan in the downstairs bedrooms would have been nice during the unusual heatwave. 9/10"

"We enjoyed the location and the modern house. However the shower down below didn’t drain properly, the septic tanks gave off a smell that lingered all weekend, the spa wasn’t that clean and no chlorine available to use. Didn’t wreck our weekend, but they need to be addressed."

The cleanliness was not at a good standard; dirt, dust, grim and dog hair all over the house. "Some pans unwashed, internal doors rattle when windy, made for difficult sleep, fire place wasn't clean ready to use, house is dated but overall done Us for 4 nights. If you stay there make sure to take coffee ,tea, sugar , milk, salt and pepper. Don't expect 5 star and it will do the job."

"Such a spectacular home in a breathtaking location!! We loved our stay! My daughter and my nephew competed in the Great Ocean Rd marathon and even though weather conditions were challenging, the beauty of the coastline was still amazing! Gorgeous comfy beds, luxurious bathrooms and everything you could wish for in the kitchen! A wonderful stay!!"

"We had problems on our first night as the heating in the house malfunctioned and we had to wear coats beanies and scales inside, the next day ( Sunday) Ellie drove from Apollo Bay to deliver two “bar heaters” and with the fire burning we finally managed to warm the house! Apart from this, the house was very comfortable and a joy to be in. Please note, proper doona covers on doonas would be a real plus instead of sheets being tucked over doona!
