About this property

Huge 4 Bedroom, Beach Block Condo with Pool and 3 Parking Spaces.

  • We rent to families, and groups of adults over 25 years old only (we do not allow pets please). Please do not contact us if you want to rent for a party under 25 years old. We are a small condo association and cannot rent to groups under 25 years old. We consider our condo a home and our family uses it as well, so its very important to us that its taken care of***We rent Saturday to Saturday during the Summer season and 2 night minimum in the off season. We are 15 minutes to Cape May for all the great shops and restaurants. Wildwood also has many great restaurants open in the off season too!* Located on 25th Avenue and Surf this very large 4 bedroom 2 full bath top floor condo is all on one level. The balcony overlooks the heated pool of this popular complex (Pool opens Memorial day weekend and closes October 1st). Get to the beach and Morey's Pier without crossing any streets from this beach block location. We are located in the back of the complex so you are close to the action yet can retreat to the quiet of the condo off the main street. Sleeps up to 15 people and offers garage access for beach gear. We offer beach chairs, beach toys, and 2 adult bikes in the garage for you to use! The unit provides 3 parking spaces, (2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway). The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker in the unit. There is also a separate beverage refrigerator in the dining room area. 3 of the bedrooms have newly installed ceiling fans and there is a portable fan in the 4th bedroom. All bedrooms have new pillows and quilts. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has a set of bunk beds with a trundle, so that is 3 single beds in that room. There are also 2 cots and a pull out couch with a double bed. There is room for the whole family! Note***sheets and towels, and paper products are NOT provided. This is a top floor condo so there are stairs required to get to the unit.***

We had a group of 5 people stay in this very large condo for the weekend. It was perfect for our quick visit to Wildwood. We had plenty of space! Great location, parking available (iwith use of the garage), and clean! Keep in mind that this location will not supply paper products and garbage bags so bring your own.

We had a fantastic stay at this location. We appreciated the spacious accommodation that was clean, comfortable, and central to every tower needed to access for our trip. Perfect Stay

The house was exactly as advertised if not better. Huge space with enough room for a full family plus friends. We had a great time and enjoyed every second. So close to everything but some how soundproof and could sleep well at night. Great stay!!

Great time in the offseason.

Very clean property and very large. Even though it was the offseason during our stay there was still a few shops and restaurants open so we had fun while we werent at the convention center wrestling.

This property was PERFECT for our Girl Scout troop. Large communal area open space with the kitchen, living, and dining rooms, 4 good size bedrooms. Very clean, good space. I would rent again with our troop or my family!

Family vacation

Every year we try to find someplace that everybody would enjoy with something for everyone to do. N. Wildwood was it and finding a condo with a pool was a huge plus. The condo was spacious enough for all 13 of us. Mr. Lombardo was very easy to work with and is very quick to respond.

Appreciated the owners sharing their lovely beach house with our family! We are a large family and we all had plenty of space!! It was wonderful to have such good communication with the owners- some owners don't connect at all. Definitely recommend!

Spacious and comfortable!

We traveled to Wildwood for a cheerleading competition and stayed at the property with 6 adults and 8 kids (ages 6-15). The condo was spotless and check in instructions were easy to follow. Even with 14 people, we never felt cramped. There was lots of space and sleeping arrangements, tons of seating options, and two bathrooms. The location was convenient and we didn't even need to cross a street to access the boardwalk. The owner was extremely responsive and friendly leading up to our stay. Definitely recommend this property for large families or groups.

The property was only about a block away from the beach. The fact that almost no necessities that you would need or included was a bit difficult. We had to make sure to take dish soap, sponges, towels, toilet paper, paper, towel towels, laundry soap, and everything. It would have been nice if some basic essentials were included! Other than that, the rooms were clean and in decent condition, there were some broken things, but not too much and it didn’t affect being able to use the property. The lock at the bottom of the stairs was broken and was not usable. The lock at the top of the stairs battery must have been dying, and sometimes it took multiple tries entering the passcode to be able to get in.

Great Place Close to the Beach

This was a great place to stay with 10 ladies for a Bachelorette weekend! We stayed 3 nights and there was plenty of space. Place was clean, was very close to the beach! I would definitely stay here again!
