"Pet friendly nice hotel by the bay side of Dewey Beach. The hotel was very conveniently located. Restaurants on property and walking distance. The staff was amazing and handle my issue swiftly. We stayed in one of the newer 3 bedroom condominiums, which I highly recommend upgrading to. The main rooms were great as well. I would definitely recommend."

"This is a solid, not fancy place almost directly on the beach. It is less than 5 minute walk to the beach and to several restaurants. The hotel is showing its age but is well maintained. The beds are comfortabl. The rooms are a good size. Parking in the ramp near the room was a nice feature. The shower wasnt great, both in terms of water pressure/ shower head and also water splashing out. It was just what we needed for the night we were passing through. Great value."

"Man where to start, first the young man and woman had incredible customer service, I worried I talked their ear off, it was clean, I loved how they stated in policy is no parties or being loud, it seems to be hard to find these days. The jacuzzi was clean and so much fun to use. The hotel was also tucked in a perfect spot far enough to still be close yet not too close to the highway. Definitely will be back."

"Nice place, good location. It was off season, so hard to judge when the town is hopping. only complaint is there's no storage or spots for hanging clothes. In the bathroom there is a hook on the door. That's it, not convenient for your towel getting out of the shower. The wardrobe has 0 hangers, we went to the dollar store and bought some. Our check in was calling a number and getting our keys out of the check out key drop. The room needed a little maintenance, more nuisance that problem. "
