Centrally Located: You'll be just minutes from Cape May beaches and a block away from Victorian historic sites, such as the famous Physick Estate. Take a dip in the large community pool (seasonal) or just bike everywhere from this central location. Numerous unique shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away, and to the center of town is a short, picturesque stroll. Just leave your car in the private garage.

Numerous services in Cape May such as Linen Ladies and Shoreline Linen provide linen service. Shoreline Linen can deliver the linen for you inside the unit, just let me know what you would like delivered. Their website detailing prices is at www.shorelinelinen.com. Alternatively, You can always bring your own. Also, during the off-season (usually after Labor Day in September and up to 3rd week in June) our cleaners do offer linen and towel service for a fee.

Perfect home for our stay! It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large nature area off the deck. Had one minor problem that was resolved immediately by the owner. There's quite a lot to do in Cape May. We highly recommend this home!

Great birding spot!

We came to Cape May to go birding, and this was a perfect spot to stay. The deck looked out over open wetlands with a small river running through it. There were tons of birds and even a coyote-at distance. The place was clean and comfortable, easy in and easy out. It was perfect for us and we’d love to stay there again.

Natural Beauty

Our neighbor the coyote was very curious. The egrets, carolina wrens , osprey and others were delightful. We appreciated our wetlands viewscape. Try the Fish House Restaurant at Sunset Beach!

Cape May Christmas

Property was as described. Beautiful townhouse backing up to a tidel marsh.An added bonus was having a fireplace for christmas. Will rent it again in the future.

Great location in Cape May

This townhouse is in a very quiet neighborhood, but is still within walking distance of the mall and the beaches. We went down for the annual Christmas house tour and this was the perfect location for us. Home was clean and well equipped. We had a slight problem with the heat, but the owner quickly responded to our request for help and solved the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter's and I stayed for a week in early September and the house is lovely and comfortable..plenty of sleep options and ease to shopping and mall was great..pool just a short walk away..I highly recommend

Lovely property!

We stayed here for a weekend in early October and had a wonderful time. It's really nice to sit out on the deck, at all hours, and look over the marsh and see birds, bunnies, etc - very peaceful, and a beautiful sunset! The house had everything we needed and is a short walk or drive to the downtown area. We walked to dinner one night in less than 20 minutes. And we loved Cape May - we'd never been, and it lived up to all our expectations!

This property worked perfectly for a sister Getaway with great sleeping conditions, great views of wildlife and within walking distance to many restaurants and sites. We had plenty of room to play cards and talk and enjoy our get together!

Perfect

The house is lovely and spacious with lots of places to sit and relax. The location is perfect, so close to restaurants and shops as well as the nature preserves. We especially loved watching the birds and the sunset outside on the back deck overlooking a beautiful marsh. Our only glitch was the grill. We had planned to cook our meal on the grill but found it had completely rusted through and was no longer usable. Other than that, the place was super nice and we would stay there again, for sure.

Nice Change

We have stayed in Cape May every summer for 15 years. We had never ventured to where this property is located. The views in the AM and PM were such a nice change from being right in the middle of town. We rented kayaks from down the road and went through the marsh. We enjoyed so much how it changed from high tide to low tide. The pool was a really nice plus also and Lucky Bones down the road for good food and great service and reservation process. The heart of cape may is SO SO close don't be thrown off by location. We look forward to staying again.

403 St. James Place Exceeded Our Expectations

This place has great views with spacious accommodations, location in a quiet neighborhood, and has just about everything you need for your stay! You will save money by cooking some meals in the kitchen, equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and dishwasher. There is a pool with the perfect water temperature just a short walk away. For those who watch TV, there is one in each bedroom as well as the main living area. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower, too. You can bike to nature preserves, stores, etc. The beach is a mile or less away. You can enjoy meals on the back deck which overlooks a marsh (no houses in sight), equipped with a barbeque grill. Honestly, what more could you ask for?

Your description was very accurate. Easy to find, easy to park 2 cars. Nice bedrooms, clean bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the marsh especially in the morning when the gulls seemed to have a convention there. The pool was great for the kids as they made good use of it. Lot of room to lounge. shade from umbrellas. there were 6 of us. The two children slept in the room with the parents, which worked find for us but maybe not so good if they want more privacy. The grandparents slept in the larger room. Easy to dispose of trash. We think we kept th 2 kinds separate. We could not find a good broom to sweep us and only discovered the vacuum the day before we left. Also a busted wine opener which we tossed and found the fancy one in a different drawer. A well designed set of residences that preserve a sense of privacy for all. The ones looking out on the marsh are the best.

The location was great. The back view was wondeful and cery peaceful. The house is fine but the screen door to the deck was very hard to open and close and the house could use a good cleaning. Overall, we would stay there again.

Very pleasant stay

This was our first time staying at this location and enjoyed it very much. We had plenty of room for all of us and the beds are comfortable, Also sunsets were an added bonus.

Short, but sweet mini vacay!

My husband, myself and our two sons stayed at this lovely house for two nights. Everything was top notch and it was a short walk to town. Perfect in every way! I highly recommend this house!

Perfect weekend!

The property was just how it was described, and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and using the fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. We easily walked to the beach and “downtown” area of Cape May. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful.

Close to family and venue

I had attempted to rent a few years ago. Scheduled wrong date. They were able to rent out my time and gave me back all my money. So when I needed a place this time it was available so I took it. Much appreciated the refund and was able to give it back.

Lovely townhome in a great location!

We loved our stay in this townhouse, which had lots of amenities, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. Everything we needed was easily located and the check-in process was smooth, thanks to the great communications from Alex, the owner. The views from the back balcony were amazing! We are birder watchers, so we could use our binoculars frequently without even leaving the house. The location was really convenient to the downtown shopping and dining areas of lovely Cape May. We highly recommend this rental!

Lovely stay! Very enjoyable.

Three adult women stayed 3 days for the Christmas Lights Tour, shopping and winery hopping.. The home is clean and welcoming. Furniture is comfy, cleaning and paper supplies were abundant, community was clean and quiet and the home is only 2 lights from the center of everything. Pots and pans could use a wee bit of updating but there are plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, serveware, utensils and silverware! The two queen beds are outrageously comfy and there are an abundance of comforters and a mess of pillows. Everything works and there's nothing missing. The owner is very responsive and terribly nice. Overall, we highly recommend this VRBO home! 👍🏻
