Property was VERY clean and well maintained. It is clear that the owners take pride in the property and in sharing it with others. Condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Extras including beach tags and linens were appreciated. Pool was a great amenity. Our only issue was the property description and location indicated that the property was a 3 minute walk to the beach and had ocean views. This was very misleading as the property was about a 12 minute walk and about 8 blocks from the beach with no ocean views. The expected proximity to the beach was the deciding factor in us renting this property. We were disappointed when we discovered the actual location. We informed the management company and they partially updated the listing although it is still erroneous.

For our trip it was myself and my wife (mid 30s), our 7 month old daughter, and my in laws (late 60s). The home was spacious enough that we didn’t feel like we were in top of each other. Additionally, I don’t know how this house was built, but we never heard the neighbors or most of the noise from outside in the area. The only time we were bothered with noise was when the next property over (not in this community) was having a birthday party outside with a bunch of people. The actual neighbors who are full time residents to this rental were incredibly friendly. The pool was clean, well-temperatured, and easily accessible. It was a 13 minute walk to the beach and a 13 minute walk to Washington Square Mall. The only part we didn’t like was the upstairs bedrooms did not cool down as much as the rest of the house. We ended up buying fans to help blow from the air conditioning vents towards the beds. Not a negative thing but rather just something we noticed, the shower in the upstairs hallway never got hot. It stayed at what you’d expect bath water to be so it was comfortable especially after a long day of baking on the beach. After all is said and done, I would rent this property again.
