"The location of the cabin was excellent. We had an unobstructed view of the ocean and access to the beach. However, the steps were very steep making entering difficult. The shower needs repairs. It was hard to turn the water on and off."

"This was a nicely place for 3 people. The communication is beyond excellent and everything one may have a question about is answered in their emails.The bathroom though really dropped my rating. It smelled strongly of urine and the was in need of a good scrub from top to bottom."

"We paid a premium price for this stay, so our expectations were understandably high, but the property did not meet that standard.The unit showed visible wear and needed maintenance, including baseboards that appeared moldy and the place is in need of repainting. There was also a noticeable musty/moldy odor during our stay.The kitchen was not stocked for basic use, it would have been nice to have had a bowl that would hold both cereal and fruit together and a bowl large enough for salad. They have a kettle, but the bottom looks rusty inside. The chairs facing the windows too unclean to sit in. The bedding setup was incomplete—we did not have top sheets, and the cleanliness of the duvet was unclear. To their credit, when we requested these items, they were provided promptly.There was hot and cold water with good water pressure and the plumbing worked well.Communication was mixed. Requests for early check-in and late checkout received automated responses only, and checkout was set at 10:00 AM, which felt early given the price point and overall experience.This property may be acceptable at a lower price tier, but it did not align with the premium rate charged."

"Beautiful house overlooking the bay. We loved watching the birds from the second floor living area deck and master bedroom. Beds were very clean and comfortable. The bunk area is very spacious and comfy too! Garage is tight, but nice to have. Kitchen was stocked pretty good; confusing induction stovetop that we needed to youtube to use, so don't bring your own pans as they won't work. Lots of stairs (obviously) and small/tight in areas but an all around great house at a reasonable price, would rent again!"

"I’m conflicted: Does it have an exceptional location and view-Yes. Was it overall clean and had enough space for 6 people-Yes. Property manager was available right away. Had a good parking situation….However, the second bathroom had no mirror, towel ring or garbage can in it. That made life inconvenient. This same bathroom was also unfinished with wood showing through with cobwebs and a dead spider right above the toilet. None of the doors or bathroom pocket door locks worked. With just a little extra TLC, this place could be much more than it currently is. I felt safe and slept well, had enough places for luggage and my family. So, all in all, it was a decent experience. I just recommend a few upgrades to show that visitors are kept in mind and the property is checked regularly."

"The house was very clean and so many amenities. We brought our kids and two your grandsons. There were toys, appropriate beds for the young ones, and even small plates, cups, and small potty that was perfect for our two year old. Very friendly and and easy to communicate with host as well. Highly recommend and will definitely book again. "
