You can enjoy these amazing views from the outdoor patio or from the sunroom and hopefully you see the dolphins swimming by. Enjoy the local fishing, wineries, 4 wheel driving beach walks.
The house in on bore water and internet can be limited (hot spotting is recommended)
Parking is in back yard or on King drive roadside ONLY
All communication is through the app.
We will leave you to your own device unless you have an emergency and need us to visit.
Our neighbors are friendly locals who will be happy to chat and share local knowledge
No driving or parking on foreshore or park area on side of house.
