"Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space and it is in a great location. Close to the beach and to the nice little town of Manzanita. Easy to get to the 101. It was clean and the the communication with our host was excellent. The fire pit area was a great place to hang out. Beautiful views from the decks. We'd stay here again!"

"We have rented this home for a number of years for a Women’s Retreat and our return each year is a testimonial to clean rooms, a spectacular beach view, a responsive host, and kitchen supplies so complete that it is not necessary to bring anything from home to use. Cleaning supplies and accessories are in abundant supply. There are numerous pieces of outdoor chairs, tables, fire pit and outdoor grill. There is a huge lawn between the house and beach, perfect for croquet, volleyball, etc. There are two very large refrigerator/freezer combinations, and very adequate. There are jigsaw puzzles, books and table games. It is walkable for beach walks and going into town.ovrrall the has is perfect for largergroups."

"I booked this property to celebrate my birthday with some friends and had an absolutely amazing time! The layout of the house is perfect for spending quality time playing board games while enjoying the breathtaking view of the ocean. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and I greatly appreciated the abundance of extra blankets! There’s no service (which was a nice plus) but the WiFi is super quick, even with 8 phones, a tablet, Xbox, ect. all on it at once. The only minor downside to the property is that the tv is in a small room on the bottom floor. I enjoyed having it in a separate room from the main hangout areas, but it was hard to fit everyone in the little room to play drunk Mario kart, haha. We had to bring some chairs down from the dining table and it wasn’t the most comfortable situation, but honestly this is hardly a complaint! This isn’t a house you would book if you wanted to watch tv/play games all day, so take my comment with a grain of salt. Regardless, everyone had an amazing time and we even started talking about having this be the spot we meet for all of our birthdays going forward! I cannot recommend this hose enough! :)"

"We loved staying here and it was even better than expected. Being able to walk down to the beach at low tide, we saw some incredible tide pools! The hot tub was lovely, clean and hot, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from it. Everything was very comfortable and well-equipped. We would definitely like to stay here again. The location is also great, very short drive to some nice hiking too!"

"Comfy beds, easy beach access, close to town. No heat downstairs so a bit chilly. Still, all in all it was a good fit for our short family vacation."
