Awesome place to stay . Everything was way above my expectations, will definitely try to stay there every time I come down here. Thank you so much for the hospitality and the use of your home . I’m from NY and would definitely get kind of comfortability and perfection up there . The pool was amazing and everything thing I possibly needed was supplied with the use of the house . 1st VRBO experience

All in all, we were very pleased with our stay at the property. Clean, spacious, and nice pool deck. Pool not heated so we were not in the water. We experienced 2 issues within the 1st 24 hours but we were able to find a solution for each. We would consider this property again in the future as it is close to our property on Ft. Myers Beaxh that we are rehabbing.

WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE OVERWHELMED BY A SMELL IN THE HOME. AFTER WE STARTED TO WALK THROUGH THE HOUSE I HAD TEARS OF DISAPPOINTMENT FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE SPENT TO RENT THIS HOME. THE NEXT MORNING, THE FIRST THING I DID WAS STARTED TO CLEAN INSIDE OF THE KITCHEN. I WASHED EVERYTHING THAT WE WERE GOING TO BE USING. THE GLASSES, COFFEE CUPS, DINNER PLATES/BOWLS, SILVERWARE, COOKING UTENSILS, POTS AND PANS, COOKIE SHEETS . I WASHED AND SANITIZED THE COUNTERS, SINK, CUPBOARDS DOORS (INSIDE AND OUT) AND THE INSIDE OF EACH DRAWER AND THEN LINED EACH SHELF WITH PAPER TOWEL. I CONTINUED IN THE LIVING ROOM AND WASHED THE COUCHES AND END TABLES, AND WIPED DOWN THE LAMPS, ON TO THE DINING TABLE AND CHAIRS. WASHED DOWN THE TWO BATHROOMS - COUNTERS AND TOILETS. NEXT IT WAS THE FLOORS. WE HAD TO GO OUT AND PURCHASE MORE PINE SOL CLEANER AND SWIFT WET PADS FOR THE FLOORS. IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!!! I WENT THROUGH ALMOST A WHOLE CONTAINER OF SIFTER JET WET PADS ON THE FLOORS (WHICH WE PURCHASED). WHEN I WAS WASHING THE FLOOR, KEN HAD HAD STOPPED BY BECAUSE OF THE POOL HEATER WAS TRIPPING AND HE ASKED ME WHY I CLEANING AND WASHING THE FLOOR….HE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS A CLEANING SERVICE THAT CLEANS. WELL, AFTER SWEEPING THE LIVING ROOM AND UNDER THE TWO COUCHES I FOUND POPCORN, EMPTY PLASTIC STRING CHEESE WRAPPERS AND DEAD BUGS. THE MAIN BEDROOM COMFORTER WAS DIRTY…THERE WERE SPOTS OF BLACK AND BLOOD STAINS. SO I WASHED ALL OF THE THREE ROOMS - BEDDING, SH

Cozy & restful

This rental was great for relaxing! It was clean and comfortable. The immediate neighborhood was quiet and well laid out. Just what I wanted. Unfortunately, Cape Coral itself is congested and far from most touristy places. My kids wanted a more Florida style vacation. They were disappointed. If you want to go to the beach or anywhere else, allow an hour to get there.

Perfect setting

This is the third time we have used Pretty Cape Homes. Bruno and Mary are wonderful people to work with. They are absolute professionals. This time we had grandchildren join us ages 1 and 3. Having a pool was a bonus. The house was well maintained with a pool company coming once per week to clean and chlorinate the pool. I would not hesitate to book again with Pretty Cape Homes. Well appointed large condo.

The condo was very spacious and well appointed with a modern kitchen and appliances, Any issues we had were taken care of quickly. We spent a lot of time on the lanai which was the brightest spot.
