Spacious 5 Bedroom 3 Bath Gulf Access with Swim up Pool Bar

This spectacular vacation home is the perfect getaway for your large family! Featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms this house offers plenty of space to relax on your next vacation.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, streaming TV and slider access to lanai. The large master bathroom offers a garden tub, dual vanities and walk in shower.
The 2nd and 3rd spacious guest rooms both offer queen size beds. The 4th guest room has 2 twin beds and TV (must use your own Amazon account for this TV), perfect for families with children. The 2nd guest bath also has tub/shower combo.
In the 5th guest room, you will find another king bed with slider door access to the lanai. This room is steps away from a 3rd guest bath with pool access and tub/shower combo.
Kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for 3. Plenty of seating for the entire family, main dining room off kitchen will seat 8 while the formal dining room is for 6.
The living room is furnished with high end, comfortable sofa seating and has a massive flat screen Amazon fire stick equipped Smart television.
Venture outside to your private lanai and take in the breathtaking views of the gulf access canal while enjoying the electric heated swimming pool with swim up bar and bar stools. The large lanai is functionally designed with outdoor dining for 6, round outdoor sunbed, a propane BBQ grill and several pool loungers. Boat dock is available for tie ups but lift is not available for guest use.

Less than we expected

We stayed in February 2024.This property was as shown in the pictures. The property manager Florian was prompt in assisting us with any issues. The place was clean and the kitchen was generally well appointed. Fabulous sunsets and a clean pool were assets! A quiet street and burrowing owls at the end of the driveway were nice. But there things that a potential renter should know: Although the rental sleeps 10- there is a significant per day charge for every person more than 4, there is only 1 hairdryer in the entire place, there is only counter space in the master bathroom-other bathrooms are tired and need updating, although absolutely no glassware allowed on the deck- there were only 4(!) acrylic glasses provided, master and twin rooms have dressers but other bedrooms have only night stand drawers or none, there is a charge if you leave more than 3 loads of laundry at the end of your stay, bedroom with twin beds has glass doors with no curtains, you have to buy your own propane for the bbq. A comment a year ago mentioned that the pool furniture was moldy and ripped- still the case So, lots of things were less than we expected for the price of this rental.

Great place for a family

Place is perfect for a big family. Pool was very nice and rooms spacious. Very clean and even met owner.. even with a few hiccups during stay, mgr very good with communication and went beyond expectations. Def would stay there again! Thank you

Wonderful Cape Coral Home!

We have been coming to Cape Coral for a number of years and this property was great! No appearance of hurricane damage. The location was great and the pool was so nice! Will definitely come back again!

July stay

My family & some friends just stayed at this rental July 25-30th & loved it! The house itself was beautiful and it had literally everything you need— outdoor fun like kayaks and pool floats/toys, bath/pool towels, child's crib, laundry, keurig etc. it was incredibly clean and just so so nice. The view over the inlet while sipping morning coffee was perfect— you can see turtles, baby sharks and lots of fish! The location was close to all stores and we were within an hour from our favorite beaches. We visited lovers key, fort Myers beach, Marco island and sandibel island. (The seashells on sandibel are to die for!) Also close to several areas that you can go see alligators, it was awesome. The only issue we had was ants— they were very dead so it's definitely being treated but that didn't stop it from being an amazing trip. Book, stay & enjoy!

Family Vacation

House was very nice with an open concept. Had a last minute change with check-in and was accommodated. AC was not working and repair was made within a couple hours. Pool was nice but had a cigarette butt floating in it. Pool furniture/cushions need updated. One lounge chair was so damaged we were afraid to sit on it. Cushions had mold. Outside TV was not working well but good enough for watching while sitting and visiting outside. With some minor repairs this could easily be 5 stars. They don’t supply propane for the grill. Hard to fly with a propane tank so we exchanged their empty. Next guest can use it too. Nice quite neighborhood.

FSewer Problems

Arrived Saturday and called for a plumber for slow drains. Eight people were staying in the home. Plumber arrived Monday and poured cleaner in the drains. Altered vacation day. On FRIDAY we had a sewer backup in master bath. Plumber arrived MONDAY. Wasted vacation day. Spent the weekend living with raw sewage and sewage smell. Plumber to arrive between 2 and 4 and arrived on Monday 4:15 wasted vacation day. Could not resolve and had to return the next day. Wasted vacation day. The smell after he left was HORRIBILE. Our vacation plans were altered way too many days for this problem and we will not be back. Pool dude cleaned the pool on Tuesday or Wednesday of the first week, but did not return until Thursday of the following week. The pool was dirty. Loved the house, but I am sure there are other rentals that treat good renters with more respect.

Wonderful place to stay!

This house was very spacious and beautiful inside and out. It was super clean and the kitchen had everything you need with nice appliances. The pool was amazing and my kids pretty much lived in it when they weren't kayaking in the canal or fishing. We had a wonderful relaxing stay and I would definitely book again.
