BRAND NEW HEATED SALT WATER POOL!

Entire home, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 7 beds (1 king, 2 queen, 3 full, 1 twin) + pullout couch - sleeps 10!

NO PARTIES / LARGE EVENTS. In order to keep the home in great condition for yours and other guests' stays, we do not allow any large gatherings greater than the amount of people staying at the home for the duration of the trip. Any unauthorized parties or large events may be subject to a $1,000+ fine.

Pool has the option of being heated prior to your arrival so you can jump in and enjoy it the minute you arrive! The pool also has an underwater light and overhead cage lights making it the perfect spot to enjoy a swim under the stars! On top of that, the pool is fully screened-in, and includes an outdoor grill, dining table, plenty of outdoor seating, and a 50 inch Roku Smart TV.

Reflections is a large, 4 bed / 3 bath home with over 2,000 sq. ft. Located only minutes from the famous Cape Coral yacht club beach, marina and popular Boat House restaurant. It is only minutes away from the open water and the Gulf of Mexico with all the amazing surroundings Southwest Florida has to offer.

We HIGHLY recommend making the drive to Sanibel Island and Captiva Island (~20 min) to watch the amazing sunset from the beach, to rent bikes to explore the island, or to grab your favorite drink or a bite to eat at one of the many bars/restaurants!

You can enjoy the sunshine all day and the beautiful sunset over the canal at night.

2 kayaks and lifejackets included for your use! We also have beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler ready for a fun day in the sun! Feel free to use the 2 bikes at the property to take a trip around the neighborhood or to the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, etc. everything you need for a perfect vacation. In the garage there is a gas/electric BBQ-grill and a charcoal grill.

Roku Smart 4K TVs in three of the bedrooms and another Smart TV in the main living room.

The home offers high speed WiFi connection if you want to use your own computer, iPad or smartphone.

The home also has a private dock where you can keep a rental boat tied alongside the dock.

Check in time is anytime after 4:00 pm and checkout time is at 10:00 am. Guests that checkout after 10:00 am will be charged a late checkout fee as our cleaners arrive at 10:00 am to clean our home for our next guests later the same day.

For anyone not on the reservation, you’ll be charged $100 per person each night. Any unauthorized parties or large events may be subject to a fine of $1,000+.
– Non-swimmers must be supervised at all times by the pool.
– No diving in pool.
– No pets in pool.
– No unregistered guests allowed in home without prior permission from host.
– No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm (Cape Coral has a noise ordinance in effect from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am).
– Guest making reservation must be one of the guests present for entire reservation.
– No Smoking in Home or in Pool area – Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit, and an Additional $1,000 fee will be charged for ‘de-smoking’ the home.
