Cape Escape is located in the yacht club district with canal frontage. This neighborhood is perfect for walking, biking and boating! Downtown stores and restaurants within two miles. The yacht club public beach is 4 minutes away about 2 miles. Easy access to the gulf and islands on your boat via canal frontage. Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches are within 25 minutes. The home is 16 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers) RSW. Taking a Uber or lift is very easy. . The home has a covered shaded outdoor area with a gas grill, refrigerator and eating area. The pool and yard are maintained by professional services on a weekly basis. and more often if needed. There is also professional pest control done. But Palmetto bugs are common if Florida and may be seen at times.

Nice place

House is in a nice neighborhood. The covered pool area was a hit with the family. The canal right behind the house was great-did some fishing and kayaking. The house is very nice and worked well for our family.

Loved this house and town!

We loved this property, pool, outdoor area, and the canal access right out your back door. My teenagers loved the place just as much as we did. If I’m ever back in Cape Coral I will stay here again. They supplied everything you can think of… lots of paper towels, toilet paper, bathroom toiletries, laundry detergent, paper plates, and all appliances you could need.

Great location, fresh and clean lodging. Love the canal and pool, and friendly neighborhood! Lots of fishing and birdwatching on the canal. We used the bikes several times as well as a bunch of beach equipment. Note that there are only 2 kayaks and, make sure there are plugs for the kayaks!Overall, great stay!

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect stay for my family. Quiet area but close to everything. Had everything we needed. From the stocked kitchen, to the pool, to everything you would need for the beach. Including a beach cart which came in handy. Caught some fish right out of the canal too. The pool was a great hit with the kids. Place was very clean overall with very comfy beds. Would definitely come back.

Cape Coral Getaway

This home is open, airy and bright. The layout is perfect for time together with everyone in your party and also perfect for quiet time later. The pool area/lanai is a great hangout area with the view of the canal where we spent most of our time. We enjoyed the bikes and took many rides up and down streets in the surrounding neighborhood. We even enjoyed a float down the canal in the kayak as well. The neighborhood is quiet. We were just a short drive to wherever we wanted to go in Cape Coral from the property.

good place

the house was very nice and in a great spot. the house was not cleaned all the way. you could tell the cleaning people did not come before we got there. 1 bed was just slept in and the trash can was full and made the house smell bad. but we cleaned it our self. other then that it was very nice and so great for the family. pool was very nice and clean. you can fish in the back yard as kids are swimming in the pool. we did cook out a few nights. its about 20-30mins aways from 5 beaches and we loved that. i would bring my family back and tell people its a great home. i would rate it a 4star just because we had to do the cleaning of the home when we 1st got there. other then that its great.
