Spend your vacation relaxing in paradise. This three-bedroom, two-bath, split-floor plan home is located on a quiet canal where you can sit on your private screened lanai, relaxing while reading your favorite book. When you're ready to soak in the sunshine, just move steps away to your own private dock on the water. If you're feeling a little more energized, you can toss a fishing line in the water and catch many local varieties of fish right from the dock. Located on a dead-end street, you are still very close to all local amenities, grocery stores, convenience stores, local delis, and with a highlight being 1 mile from Cape Coral's famous downtown restaurant row. Additionally, the home is just 1.5 miles from Cape Coral Yacht Club featuring a beach, Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, handball courts, and a great restaurant right on the water. Located on a dead-end street.

Please note the maximum number of guest allowed on the property is 6, if you have plans of other people being on the property past listed guests please request prior to booking.

Pool maintenance is done on Friday mornings and lawn and yard maintenance is done on Wednesday mornings.

Beautiful place to unwind

This property is so amazing to relax and unwind. The pool area is amazing, the neighborhood is quite and the owner is so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.

We had a great time at this house! The outside pool area was our favorite!!! Great pool, hot tub, dock, eating area, pool table! The layout of the house was perfect! John was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions very fast! Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect get away!

We had an awesome time in Cape Coral. The house was set up great with everything we needed. The kids loved having the pool and pool toys in the back yard. Renting the boat was an added bonus and great way to explore the area. We will be back to this house again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as we expected. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. The outdoor living space was perfect. Family vacation

We had a great stay. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable An added bonus to rent the boat they have right there at the house. The pool was amazing. We also saw a momma dolphin and a baby dolphin swim right by the dock. It was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice home on the canal. House was outfitted well with all the necessities. Boat was so so. Not quite as nice as expected, but overall was a good experience. House is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Would consider staying here again.

Everything was great from start to finish. Very clean. GREAT communication with the owner. We lucked out and had great weather. Pool was VERY clean. Hot tub was easy to use. Outdoor TV to watch college basketball. Outdoor fridge was key.. grill was easy to use. No issues. Would stay here again for-sure.

Wonderful family vacation spot !!

Just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, fun! We spent 4 nights, enjoying all the amenities. The pool was crystal clear and warm, as was the hot tub. The patio, is very comfortable, with the ceiling fans, lounge chairs and TV. Inside the kitchen is large, with a nice dinning room table, living room with two comfy sofas, and nice TV. Plenty of channels. However, the boat!! That made the vacation. We rented it for two days and made family memories we won't forget!! Thanks John!

Pool and Lanai Area Top Notch

Stayed for three days with our two teenage kids. We spent very little time in the house except to sleep and prep meals -- the outside area was that fantastic. Pool was great, hot tub was perfect for the cooler/windier evenings, fishing proximity to the house was outstanding (meant some of us could lounge in the pool or on deck while our son fished), and large outdoor cooking/dining area topped it all off. The terrific outdoor amenities were matched only by John and his near immediate responsiveness to every single question I asked; he even went above and beyond and sent his wife over to bring some duck tape when one of our pool toys broke. We would absolutely stay here again. (Very close proximity to Publix grocery store was an added bonus as my husband went a few times a day!)

Our son developed a rare virus 11/27/23 in which he developed encephalitis of the brain and was declared brain dead on 11/30/23. He was kept alive until 12/2/2023 (the same day we were to arrive at this rental) so that he could donate his organs to help/save others. Which he successfully did! Both kidney's, both lungs, his liver and heart! We tried unsuccessfully to contact John when we were made aware that he probably was not going to survive. We paid in full for 2 weeks lodging and also 2 weeks to rent the boat. My only regret is that I did not take out the VRBO insurance (I remember contemplating, but it was another 2k more so I opted out). John and his partner? offered a slight credit to book at another time. Sadly,we will not. My husband and I felt that a caring person would have offered some form of cash credit after funeral expenses, etc. I hope this does not come off as being a mean person, but I just wanted others to know our personal struggle.

Mini vacation with Friends

Easy to locate the home if you have a GPS Fairly quiet neighborhood except for street traffic not far from this location. Nice outside patio with pool and hot tub although the home needs updating. Close to Sanibel & Captiva Island Bridge. Ft Meyers was about the same distance. I suggest you stop at the Information Center and get information and local maps for places to visit.

About a 20 min drive to the beach, the pool and hot tub was very nice. Boat was easy to rent and get around the islands.
