Short stay

This place is one half of a duplex. There was enough room for two couples. Bathrooms were fine and there is laundry as well. Access to roads were easy. We needed a place for one night, and this worked good for that.

Was a decent place to stay. Coffee pot does not not work properly. Coffee not hot enough. Owners seem to be interested in providing a good stay. Location is excellent and the neighborhood is quiet.

The property was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Games available. Need TV in second bedroom. The place is nice but no amenities. like community pool. outdoor activities, bikes for riding. Also needs directions on what needs to be done before leaving.

Better equipped than most rentals in regard to dishes, utensils, cooking pans, etc. Lovely front and back patios. Comfortable beds and pillows. Really great place to stay.

Great Place to Stay in Cape Coral

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The property looks just as pictured. Check-in and checkout was very easy. You will need a car to get around the area. Everything seemed to be about a 20 minute drive. I would definitely recommend.

A Great Place to Stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It is just as described in the listing, very clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in was very easy, and communication with the host was outstanding during the trip, as well as before and after the trip. I was down with a friend to check on my property that was involved in Hurricane Ian, and I will definitely attempt to stay here again on my next trip down to check on repair progress on the property. Thank you for a great place to stay!
